Been here three times in the last three weeks. None of those times was the dining room open and also none of those times. was there a sign on any door or on the outside saying that the dining room is closed. If you're going to close the dining room, at least communicate that with the public in one way or another so we don't have to walk up to the door every time just for it to be locked. I always try to give the benefit if slow getting food out. Not double checking the order before it's sent out. And being courteous to the customer. I don't know why I thought I would try this jack in the box in ofallon Missouri off of Main Street. the two chicken home style each sandwiches where cold. I ordered my food through Uber Eats. I ordered 4 tacos- no sauce, they were covered in sauce. I ordered a cheddar bacon egg sandwich meal- black grease was all over the ice cold sandwich and they forgot the hash brown. I used to go here every morning on the way to take my son to school . The people that work here either dont have cars , dont drive or park somewhere else so there is never a clear sign that they are open or closed. . So Ii still go to the drive thru - the past 10 times I've gone they tell me they are closed . Not sure why I keep trying to go here still but yesterday morning I went at 7:30 am he said he was closed so I finally asked so I would stop wasting my time when they open. He said 8:30 am. Let me just start with... The ONLY reason I came to this dump is that my 13 year old so wanted tacos and a milkshake and Taco Bell was telling people 'all we have are beans and cheese'...but that is another horrible review. I get to the drive thru and there is a car yelling into the speaker (I assume rudely) and I thought 'boy that's stupid...hope you enjoy your spit'. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I pull up to the speaker - already knowing exactly what I want...and am told (after 2 minutes of silence) to 'hold up...Ima be wit chu in a minute'. So...I tell her I want a few standard burgers and 12 tacos. She says 'I don't think I have 12 tacos left....I been selling tacos all night'. Say what? You have 4 tacos left? I feel bad for the car behind me who has been waiting to order tacos because I'm about to ruin your evening. So - I look into my mirror and stick my arm out of the window to get their attention and gently wave before ordering the rest of my food. I tell her 4 tacos will not be enough - so I oorder 10 MONSTER tacos. She says 'hold up' again and is gone from the microphone for another 5 minutes. When she returns she says 'I have 12 tacos'. So - she basically lied to me because She didn't want to make 12 tacos. So, I pull up towards the window - and the car that was in front of me earlier is still there....still waiting. 10 more minutes go by...and eventually they leave, but not before spending another 2 minutes checking their bag to make sure everything is there (and rightfully so). I get to the window and the first thing I see is an employee with super long blonde hair running around putting food in bags with no hair net. The lady who took my order at the window was rude, offered no apology and basically threw my bags at me. I asked her if someone called in sick - and she didn't understand....so I asked her if she was short staffed - and she smiled as if I had paid her a compliment. While my food items were correct, it took 16 minutes to get it with one car in front of me at 1am. The tacos were fine, but the burgers looked like someone with spatulas for hands made them. I had sworn off both this location and the Bryan Road location long ago - and now I know why. This is why I will NEVER support a $15 an hour wage to any fast food worker. Horrible service. Get a new night manager asap. Actually, I saved my receipt...and would appreciate a call from this franchise owner. read more

I love to eat at Jack in the Box but I was very discouraged when seeing the manager go from drive-through to the food make line handling cash and then making food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. In her defense, they were busy in the drive-through and she was training a new guy but how she was doing things was far from sanitary despite the fact that she was a very courteous person. I understand getting behind but cutting corners is how disease is spread in the restaurant industry. read more

Two of the employees seemed high as kites and were very slow. Tried to use the bathroom and there was pee on the floor. No changing table at all in the women's room, so I couldn't change my baby. The bathroom is disgusting it smells like someone died in there. There was pee all over the toilet seat and toilet paper all over the floor. A very busy place that may need a little more training. Granted, as I notice the queue at the drive through, this place is popular and bringing money into the business. The dining area was a little quiet but really don't mind when I want to enjoy breakfast in the corner. In fact, I noticed two applicants patiently waiting in their booths. Tip: When ordering a boxed drink, such as orange juice, have the cashier grab and put on the tray immediately. That's what they do at McD, the Choice of Lions, and other places. Don't have the customer ask four times. A long wait we experienced. But that day, I had time to spare. No biggie. After a long wait, my order came up in a form of a tray on the stainless steel counter. "Here's your order, thank you.", said the employee. I look at my tray, and noticed I'm missing my coffee drink. "I still need my drink." Without blinking an eye, she responded "We don't have that this morning." Then came the long, awkward pause. So, I thought, "I'm out of luck?", "Thank you, come again?", I should just smile and leave. What did she think I would do or say? I replied "But I already paid for it." I would have taken and expected a refund. My receipt was clearly in front of her. However, she went to the manager and she asked if I was waiting for the drink, "Yes, and an orange juice." (I would ask one more time for it.) The employee would soon exit the side door checking her phone and smoking a cigarette. Between 5 and 10 minutes later I got my drink. Went back to my table and began eating my cold breakfast. The sandwich was good enough to order again from another JnB. Another Tip: Rename the Breakfast Steak and Egg Burrito to Tator Tot Burrito with egg. It was mostly potato, some egg, and darn little meat that should not be called steak. If I could give this store a zero rating I would. I went in and placed a very simple order which should have only taken minutes to get ready. It ended up taking 18 minutes from the time I put my order in until the time I actually got it. I ordered two tacos with no lettuce, a little 3 pack of jalapeno poppers, one small drink and a two piece chicken tenders. The man who came in after me placed a rather large order for Door Dash and I kind of got the feeling that once he put his order in mine was forgotten. So, they got all his food ready to give it to him and when I finally got frustrated and went up to the counter the girl rudely comes over and says "do you need something"? To which I replied, yes I'm still waiting for my food and she goes "oh you never got that"? And I was like well who else would have given it to me being that you're the only one working the drive-thru and the front counter. The other girl that was working in the back making the food had a nasty attitude and wasn't moving with any sense of urgency. The girl that was making the tacos was rude. She was over there saying "they'll get it when they get it I've only got two hands, about an order at dribe thru. I told her I wanted my for for dine in and she gabe it to me all in bags. I asked for 2 cups of ranch and she walks over, grabs a giant handful and just tosses it in the bag. It ended up being 7 cups of ranch. If this stores food costs are high, I can see why. Aslo, when I finally sat down to eat I had no jalapeno poppers but a giant box of nuggets. I brought it back to the counter and the girl, acting as of Im inconveniencing her by asking for the correct item I ordered, begrudgingly approaches me and says *while sighing* what's wrong? I explained and she took the nuggets from me tossed them back over by the fry station, snatched the bag od my poppers and dropped it in my hand. Worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. This is right by my house and I'd rather drive all the way down K than go to this one. The overnight staff is horrible. Ordered a spicy siracha burger on Friday night around 1 am (10/26) and all that came on it was meat cheese and bacon. Came back up to get a new one or a refund and the manager gave me the same exact disgusting burger as last time. read more
