The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared.

When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. I do hope things work out as your company continues to change.

From our first conversation, Darryl provided exceptional service, instantly recognizing we are in a time crunch and needing to start asap, which he accommodated. We met the next day and discussed colors/trim etc and he advised me against one or two of my ideas and explained why- it wouldn't hold up/age well. I agreed and changed plan slightly and appreciate his advice that not everyone would take the time to give. His work was quick and very thorough. He took his time to make sure the finish was flawless and made decisions that were entirely inconvenient for him that would ensure the best finish possible for us (for example he arrived and prepped/taped/put up plastic sheeting in preparation to paint our exterior doors but decided to pause the job due to high winds kicking up dust- he wanted to wait until the winds died down and came back that evening to finish the job). We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows.
