The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

He went above and beyond to service our vents (even with some surprise obstacles - and perhaps some lapses in training). Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared.

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

We got our appointment set up and they gave us a couple of reminders that they were showing up when they showed up. It was in a truck that is kind of like a garbage truck. They stick the bins in the little forks and it lifts them up into the back of the truck and sprayed the hottest steam into the bins. When they come out of it you can see the steam still rising off the plastic. The man operating the truck uses a pressure washer with the same hot steam coming out to rinse the lid and the outside of the bins when he is done, he dumped out any excess water and hand dries them and then sprays them with limes sent what a great service we have found. We have signed up for quarterly service. Great price to not have to do it myself 105 for four bins. Very awesome company. I highly recommend.
