They listened to our instructions of areas to avoid and areas to be gentle with, and they were very pleasant, friendly, and followed instructions. We had never had professionals power wash our yards so it was a big surprise to see the results--years of mold, algae, and dirt build up were washed away! I emailed them about some work and within a few hours he got back to me and by the end of the day he had a quote and his availability. Was VERY responsive every step of the way. Due to other circumstances, we ultimately didn't end up using his services (friend offered to do it for us) but had that not happened, I would have been more than happy to have used JMA. read more

This is my second 5 Star post reflecting my experiences when conducting business with JMA Power Washing. Julien is the sole business owner and from the get go I have worked with Julien explaining the service I was looking for and again Julien from JMA came through. There are far too many scammers out there who profess they are the best you will ever find etc. etc. etc. Not the case with JMA. Since I worked with JMA in the past they are/were familiar with my home and once again arrived on time, completed the tasks, paid a reasonable price and already scheduled another visit this coming November. Had JMA Power Washing out to my townhouse to clean the cedar siding in preparation for having it restained. They did a great job. The siding looks fantastic--no more mold and dirt. They used a soft wash technique so as not to damage the wood. He was done in about 45 minutes if that long. I highly recommend JMA! Julien is great to work with. read more

I called JMA to get our building washed and Julien came to do the estimate. He was very professional and sent me the estimate the next day. They were the most reasonable company so we decided to go with them. They were able to get us on there schedule with in a weeks. Their work was extremely thorough. They definitely know what to do. Couldn't be more pleased. I can see my patio again! Super responsive and quick. Emails the invoices and are able to pay online. I actually never saw them in person (did the work during the day), but can attest to their work. I read about JMA on yelp and gave them a call after 2 other companies failed to return my call or did not show. Julien answered the phone personally and was incredibly polite and professional. He walked me through the process of cleaning my 300 foot driveway and 60 foot retaining wall with mold and moss. The quote he gave via email shortly thereafter was very professional. I hired him that day to come out the next day. He even texted me to let me know when the quote was ready! His crew (Brian) arrived on the minute on time and was very professional. These guys are real professionals, very experienced operator and truck mounted pressure washer, with rotary attachments which do a much better job than wand pressure washers, (no stripes or missed areas). Great experience from start to finish. I was able to talk to Julian with my first call, and he was able to give me an estimate using Apple Maps and saved us both the time for an in person estimate and set up an appt a few days out. Alair and his assistant Thomas arrived right on time, quickly surveyed the project, answered my questions and got to work. I had a few different projects for them to do, and I am delighted with the results on all of them. I have a patio made of mutual material colored cement pavers on 3 different levels, the caps of retaining walls, some sidewalks and stairs, and and old wood fence. Both Julian on the phone and Alair in person were very professional and respectful discussing the ingredients of the cleaners they sometimes us, a little bleach and surfactant soap that they used upon my request as the pavers can be damaged more easily than just plain concrete. I added a number of things to the list as they worked that I expected to pay for, the wood patio furniture that I needed to clean and re-stain, and my front steps , and they were very modest with the additional charge. Alair was very adept with the equipment, he was very sensitive to using the right amount of pressure to get the work done efficiently but not harm the substrate he was working on. he was very efficient with how he moved through the project. He was thoughtful of the process and there was no problem with back spray leaving a mess on adjacent areas. I am thrilled with how great everything looks and wished I did it a few years ago. it is an amazing improvement and makes the patio so much more inviting, I can"t wait to show it off when I have friends over for a BBQ this weekend.
