Home made bread toasted with hot Demus sausage and fried hot peppers and melted mozzarella cheese.

Best breakfast in Fairmont. Homemade toast on sandwich is always good. Demus Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese and fried hot Hungarian wax peppers. Just the right amount of heat and flavor. The waitress was so cheery and helpful. They were busy but the room was quiet and comfortable.

Had breakfast here on Sunday morning before heading out of town. It was busy, but they had just enough space for us to grab a table. Coffee was served from eclectic mugs, friendly staff, and a hometown, diner kinda feel were pretty much what I would expect in Fairmont. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my bf ordered a combo plate with bacon, eggs, toast and a side of french toast. Coffee tasted like diner coffee... or like coffee from grandma's house -- like it was made with a fine aged coffee pot with folgers. The sausage in my burrito was tasty, but overall, there were too many potatoes which made it dry (even with salsa and sour cream) and it could have used more eggs and cheese instead. bf didn't have anything to complain about, but then again his was pretty basic. Overall, it was a bit underseasoned, so I'd likely go for something basic next time I'm in search of breakfast in the friendly city.

Recently, I've been from place to place looking for a good breakfast spot, and this is the only place that passes my test. A few days ago I stopped in here and found the hands down best breakfast that you can find anywhere. I don't know what it is that they do, but their food is magic. The western style omelet was perfect. The meat and vegetables didn't water down the eggs. It was the perfect sponge texture. Generally I only eat breakfast on my days off of work and this is my new regular spot in the coming weeks.

Great and simple breakfast! Nothing fancy, but the food is good and the atmosphere is inviting.

There aren't a ton of tables but enough to accommodate 20-30 people in total across various tables. The menu was a little intimidating for me as brunch isn't anything I've ever had. But it's basically a breakfast menu and a lunch menu. They also have a nice bakery selection as well. I went with the caprese and a salad. I made a slight mistake and didn't read everything that came on the sandwich. As an avid carnivore I was a little disappointed to find out it was vegetarian, but that was before I tried it. The combination of the creamy mozzarella, tomato and balsamic was fantastic. It was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Im hoping the next time we stop in they aren't out of their salty bread to try with it. My wife tried the turkey, Brie and apple butter sandwich. Her's was my favorite of the two. They lightly toast the sandwich so everything is warm and creamy. The apple butter pairs nicely with the Brie and the smokey turkey. I'd recommend both of our sandwiches but if mine was an 8/10 hers was a 10 for me. I also had their house salad on the side. It wasn't anything extra special but the cranberries were a really nice touch to take it to the next level. If I had even one complaint to make it would be the hours. I'm sure they close at 2 because most people because they're a brunch spot, but with the quality of their food i would eat it for any meal of the day. I can't recommend it enough honestly.

When we walked in, there was an unsmiling staff member who just continued to stamp bags while we awkwardly just stood there. However, the rest of the staff was friendly. They have a great menu with interesting options. My husband enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. My quiche was tasty, but while piping hot on the outside, it wasn't even room temp in the middle. I also didn't like having to drink my water out of a plastic cup, but would be happy to stop by this place again

We came here interested in a stay after signs along the road eluded to this being the inspiration for some of Monet's work. I was intrigued and confused because Monet never traveled to the United States as far as I know. Once we arrived, I was able to locate the sign pictured below which states "Some say this very pond is home to the inspiration site for French artist Claude Monet's iconic water lilies painting "Nympheas" (1906) which sold at a London auction in June 2014 for $54 million dollars." First of all, t is grammatically redundant. No one uses the dollar sign and types the word dollar after the number. More importantly, however, it is purposefully misleading and demonstratively not true. Monet spent his life in France and painted those works based on the gardens he personally designed and cultivated at his home in Giverny. He never traveled to Pennsylvania, and would certainly not have gone there looking for inspiration. Attaching Monet's name to something with no historical basis is dishonest and lazy, and should make anyone reading these reviews question what else about this place is exaggerated or fabricated for effect. The sign goes on to read "Want to see more exclusive art pieces from some of the world's most famed artists? Contact Nemacolin at 724.329.8555 to tour our multi-million Hardy family art collection." So first they use "$"/"dollar" too many times and in the next sentence they leave it out completely? What a mess. Who is in charge of this marketing and why would anyone want an art tour from a place that demonstrates such a fundamental misunderstanding of art history? If you're charging premium prices, you should at least respect your guests enough not to insult their intelligence with claims that fall apart after a basic Google search. Beautiful property or not, credibility matters and after spending some time on the grounds (see photos) we opted not to book a room here for obvious reasons.

My daughter got a burger and Caesar salad, my husband got an omelette, and I got some onion rings and free rein to eat off their plates. Everything was delicious but the onion rings were a standout! It reminded me of a blooming onion in the best way! The strawberry jelly for the toast was also among the best I've ever had, and clearly made in house as it tasted so fresh. Our server was very pleasant but things moved a little slowly and we had to ask multiple times for our side of dressing. I was also shocked to see that a cup of coffee was $5! Overall though, this place was a delight and I wish I would have saved room for dessert.
