I found out after I paid and saw it on the bill, so there was no authorization ask for or received) and then put two clamps on a power steering PRESSURE hose that was bad instead of replacing hose and doing it right. For all that I was charged $184.79 for two $1.80 clamps that were nothing more than a worthless bandaid that lasted a few months max. He looked at a sick old lady on hospice and saw "sucker". Makes me wonder about the time I took it to him for a new charger. car had brand new battery that tow company checked and said was fine, but Doug insisted it was fried. The odor was making me nauseous any time it happened and I'd have to roll down the windows which defeats the purpose of the AC. When I pulled in, Anthony greeted me and I explained the problem. He said it was due to dirty filters. My car has 2 filters and usually the one you have to access through the passenger side is ignored. He also told me about a filter sale from $49 to $29 each. Love it. I would've paid whatever to get rid of the smell seeing as though I'm running the AC nonstop now. I waited in their air conditioned lobby with a TV that was watching the Sweet 16 College Basketball. Anthony showed me the new filters before installing and the old filters after removal. Huge difference! Wyatt and Mikey joined in to assist so I think I only waited maybe 15 minutes. It felt like I sat down and took a breath and they were finished. Wyatt rang up the charges and they had coupons but my military ID had the greatest discount. He printed my receipt and highlighted my discount. He even took the time to send it to me via email.
