We were more than 40 mins away from home when the engine light came on on our dodge challenger (2020). I'm new to Arizona from Maryland so I did not know what to do but I remembered that jiffy Lube is probably in every states. So I quickly pull this location up and drove up. Two gentlemen were on staff and took a look and had us sit in the lobby while he replace the coolant and send us on our way within less than 5mins and he did not charge us anything! I was flabbergasted at the amazing service! I wanted to pay and give them a tip but they wouldn't accept and was just happy to help us and that is wasn't something major!!!!! I wish i had asked for their names but highly recommend this location to everyone! read more

Jiffy Lube - Dodge challenger 2020 - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

The receipt says they cleaned the windshield, which is a minor thing, but it makes me wonder what else they might have forgotten.

I absolutely love this location! Everyone is always kind, my oil changes are fast, and I appreciate them putting air in my tires for me.

Been going here for many years. Very good business owner. Very good people working there, you will be glad

the guy that changed my oil stripped the screws, broke my glove compartment by pulling it forcefully, and potentially didn't even change my oil given that we found it was super watery at the next oil change. I needed special tools to get the screw's off. they don't care about damaging your vehicle. read more

This is the second time at this location and the internet was down(??). No one there again. Came back out and said I'm the only one here and can't help you 1/2 hour later. Went up street(4 blocks) and their internet is fine and they are working. Don't think it's a coincidence that's happened to me twice. Used to be my favorite place. Would not recommend read more

I do not recommend this location at all. I usually go to the Valencia location. I took my car in for an oil change. 2 weeks later my engine was blown, all the oil leaked out from my car all of a sudden. The oil techs left the screw loose, this caused pressure towards my engine trying to keep it together until it finally blew out. I always maintence my vehicle for everything and the last/recent thing I did on it was oil change. After reaching out to jiffy lube, since they were the last ones to touch it, they sent a "certified mechanic" out to inspect the vehicle. He said he wanted take the car in to a shop for further inspection, and cost would be on my husband & I. After asking why if isn't he a certified mechanic why would he be able to do a full inspection where the vehicle is at since it doesn't run. They disregarded my vehicle & showed no concerns after their techs blew my car engine. I am very unhappy with this location. They left me with no car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE. DO NOT GO THERE. You will end up with your vehicle messed up and they DO NOT hold theirselves accountable. I have been going to the Valencia location for years. As soon as I went to this location, 2 weeks later, engine is blown and my car is ruined. read more

Fantastic staff here. I interacted closely with Ronnie, Julio, and Cruz during my Saturday visit, and they made me feel very welcome. Super impressed with the staff here! I came in to get an oil change, but they quickly told me that I needed to change my transmission fluid. I opted for both of those services, and got a nice discount. In addition to that, they even provided me with a free tire rotation as well! It took a little longer than I expected. I was told that it would be about 20 minutes, but it took 40. But that didn't matter as much. I expected a walk in appointment like this to take much longer. read more

I recently moved to So. Arizona from Vegas and needed an oil change. These people absolutely rock. The team leader, Tasha is freakin' awesome. She knows her stuff, is very personable and professional and even though this place is an hour away from where I live, this will be my go-to place for service. Everybody who touched my car to get my service done was great. They all made e feel like a valued customer and like my business mattered. I teach sales and customer service and wish that I could clone these guys for some of my clients. They do everything right, read more

Got me in and out in about 20 minutes. Very professional, great team, did not try to upsell me on anything. Highly recommend going here.

Jerry and his crew took care of my vehicle needs with great service. Thanks for working plus killing germs .

Love this place! I have excellent service every time I go. Julio was amazingly helpful. These guys take the stress out of car maintenance. I was in and out in under 20 minutes (and that's includes them ordering a filter for my car....and having it delivered). I felt no pressure to have unnecessary maintenance done. I will always come back. read more

Julio and Anthony were amazing! Since I got in they were helpful and made my whole experience wonderful. I'm really inexperienced in car maintenance and these two at this location not only took care of me and my car but left me feeling assured that if I come back I'll be taking care of. Because of how informative, helpful and transparent about my car and their services I plan on coming back. Glad I decided to go here over other places. Highly recommend your experience at this location to be phenomenal. Thanks guys! read more

I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I pulled up and greeted with great customer service by Michael and Jerry! Came for an oil change and overall check as I'm taking a long road trip in a week. Ended up needing a few more things than just an oil change but Amber hooked it up with coupons! Customer seating is currently outside but in the shade which was very pleasant. Had great conversations with all employees and will definitely be back to this location!! read more

Great people, excellent customer service, efficient. The staff was was informed and thoughtful in regard to car maintenance.

The location is close to where I live so I've been here twice for an oil change. While they say it takes about 15 minutes to get car oil changed, mine took about 30 minutes. I was offered a coupon the first time but the second time I went, I was told a discount was automatically applied. However, this discount was less than what the coupon offered. I luckily found the coupon online and was able to use it. Also, both times, my windows weren't cleaned and my car floors weren't vacuumed, as the service claimed they would be with the oil change package. Bottom line: it's okay if you really need an oil change, but I'm going to start looking for a local mechanic that can provide better service and sense of reliability. read more

Love jerry and his team! I feel confident with their professionalism. Last year I thought I would take my car to the dealer for a tuneup. After $700 and poor service-I will always be coming back to good old Jiffy Lube! read more

Fast, excellent customer service provided by Isaiah and Amber. Thank you! I will be back to this location read more

They emptied my transmission fluid and overfilled my oil ruining my transmission and ruining my engine. Then wouldn't refund when both the transmission and engine were brand new!! They even admitted there completely at fault! Jiffy Lube only offered what they felt was the blue book value of my vehicle. Bad business!! :( read more

Since I've moved to Tucson, I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube. The service is great and they are very professional. Always greeting with a smile! It takes no more then twenty to get every done! If they spot any issues, they will explain and even show what exactly is wrong and how to fix it. Definitely recommend people to come here. read more

Who would have thought that bringing your car in for a routine oil change could light up your day?! The employees at jiffy lube turned an errand I wasn't looking forward to doing, into a time well spent. Who ever says they had a blast at the car mechanic?! Well, of all the car shops to choose from in town, I will definitely be coming back to jiffy lube! Great location with super quick same day within 30 minutes service. With a staff that kept me laughing, answered all of my bizarre questions without a bat of the eyelash. I will definitely be coming back for all if my future car needs! Thanks guys! You rock! read more

Fast service.. they changed my oil, changed my cabin filter and another filter.... all for around $100.00, Nissan was trying to charge me $300 for the same thing... yay for jiffy lube. read more

Jiffy Lube - My baby is getting worked on ! She needed an oil change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Well, it's Sunday and I needed an oil change. It's one of those things that no one likes to do, but we understand it has to be done. When I drove past this Jiffy Lube center on Oracle and saw the '15 minute' oil change, I was thrilled. I pulled up to the bay, drove my car in, got out and headed into the office to pay and wait. I asked the attendant how long it would take, he replied 'Not too long'. An hour later I'm still sitting here waiting for my car to even be looked at, even though it was somehow first in the bay. The people here are friendly and the work is always great but when there is a 15 minute sign outside, I expect it to only take 15 minutes. If its going to take longer, please pull it down. Edit: I had originally left a 3 star review but the guys here explained to me when checking out that something unforeseen had taken place. Good reminder personally that as individuals we don't always know the full story and shouldn't be so quick to judge others performance. Thanks for the excellent customer service! read more

It's close to the house, it's reasonably priced...but like so many other places like this, there's ALWAYS a hard sale about why I "absolutely must do this". I like the fact that I have a K&N air filter, because they know they can't tell me I need a new one. The staff is always polite, and service is fast. I just wish they'd ease up on the hard sales. read more

I arrived and immediately was guided into a bay where I met Frank who serviced my truck efficiently and in the very friendly way. This location was convenient with a fast and efficient staff. read more

I had had some bad luck with another quick-change service, and took a coupon here to get an oil change. Glad I did! The gentleman on hand, Byron was courteous and professional and super-cool. The lobby was clean and free of bad smells, plus tidy. I will be back, guys! read more

Friendly & fast w/ ZERO pressure to get the Cadillac package. Jiffy jumped from 4 to 5 in my book when they quoted me a price for conventional transmission fluid, found between quote and service that I actually needed synthetic, and honored the quote. read more

So I used to do this stuff myself, now I've decided I'm tired of having to dispose of the oil so these guys take care of me and do good work. I'll be back for sure. Michael and Juan took good care of me. read more

This place is the best! Great service, friendly staff and they always have a clean bathroom :)

Best customer service ever! I don't typically review chains and I haven't been a big fan of Jiffy Lube in the past, but I was in a rush and the reviews for this location weren't bad, so I gave it a try and am glad I did. The service was exceptional - from welcoming me when I pulled in to opening the door for me when I left, they were professional and polite every step of the way. They went through a standard checklist of items that their system suggested I get taken care of based on my vehicle's mileage, but they didn't go out of their way to recommend anything from the list because they didn't think I actually needed any of the services, which I truly appreciated. All I needed was an oil change and that's what I got. As a bonus, they were friendly, did the job quickly, and included complimentary vacuuming and window cleaning! read more

Great service. The guys here are all friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all quick. Took 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Manager Zane is great. read more

Julio and Jose helped me out. Both very friendly and professional. Was in and out in no time.

Always kind and hard working staff. They really make the difference between a standard shop and feeling really welcome.

I had used a coupon to get an oil change at a different company, but I was left feeling uneasy about the experience and realized I should have gone to Jiffy Lube. I went straight to this location from the other shop, and Jose and his team put my mind at ease. They topped off the oil and checked my fluids, making sure all was well. The other place left my oil 25% empty, not to mention trying to tell me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs that I didn't need. I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Thanks again to Jose! read more

GREAT SERVICE! They were so nice! Also they didn't try to scam me into buying what I didn't need. They truly look out for their customers!

Very great and fast service!!! The two men working were beyond kind and willing to help me out in whatever way I needed. Especially since I know nothing about cars! It was the best experience I've ever had at a jiffy lube and will definitely be coming back!! read more

We have gone here for years. They are honest, great job and fast. Once I even misread my own sticker and they honestly told me I was in there far too early. Other places could have simply lied. This place is THE REAL DEAL. I appreciate their years of continually outstanding service. read more
