I initially went to Jiffy Lube because my car kept pushing this odor after using my AC for a couple of hours and I was at 3465 miles since the last oil change. The odor was making me nauseous any time it happened and I'd have to roll down the windows which defeats the purpose of the AC. When I pulled in, Anthony greeted me and I explained the problem. He said it was due to dirty filters. My car has 2 filters and usually the one you have to access through the passenger side is ignored. He also told me about a filter sale from $49 to $29 each. Love it. I would've paid whatever to get rid of the smell seeing as though I'm running the AC nonstop now. I waited in their air conditioned lobby with a TV that was watching the Sweet 16 College Basketball. Anthony showed me the new filters before installing and the old filters after removal. Huge difference! Wyatt and Mikey joined in to assist so I think I only waited maybe 15 minutes. It felt like I sat down and took a breath and they were finished. Wyatt rang up the charges and they had coupons but my military ID had the greatest discount. He printed my receipt and highlighted my discount. He even took the time to send it to me via email. Oh and they reset my maintenance reminder in my car. It was perfect! The customer service was great. They were professional. They were efficient. I didn't get over sold on stuff I didn't need. Worst jiffy lube location I've ever been to. The men on duty usually drinking. Take your vehicle to another location if you can.

I used to drive across town just to come to this location. The guys were always helpful (Dakota, Sean & especially Sam) Always helped, answered any of my questions and made my experience enjoyable. Until my visit last month for services I learned none of my usual guys who were there for quite a long time changed locations. It was bumming. Everyone was moved around. I paid for a full tire rotation and air check along with my oil change. Only ONE tire pressure changed which means they only put air in that One. Inconvenienced. I was very upset, rather than returning to that location I made it easier on myself and went to discount tire for the air. This wouldn't have happened with my usual people. I plan to continue my services with Jiffy Lube BUT I will not be returning to this location. read more

We used a coupon found on the jiffy lube website which helped with the already fair cost. The waiting room is simple but as the process was quick we were soon on our way. All of the people I interacted with were very pleasant and the waiting room is fine. They found a couple of issues that I couldn't afford to fix on that day, but I appreciated their attention to detail. I came for a full synthetic oil change and was told it would be 20 minutes as they did not have my filter I said that fine and waited. As I am waiting they offered to clean my headlights free of charge. Once they were done I initially looked and said it looked good. As I'm checking out I asked for the receipt and Ariana says she forgot to take off the charge after they ran my card then when I get home I noticed whatever sealant they used stained the paint of my car.. read more

Had an amazing experience, I have to give kudos where due to Frank. I had an unexpected issue caused by error at a different Jiffy location; had to take it to a third-party auto-shop twice as a result. So, after determining the error at hand was caused by aforementioned Jiffy location's mistake, I brought my car to this Oracle one. Within 30-45 minutes, Frank fixed every problem I was experiencing and even went above and beyond to correct impending fixes I was not yet privy to. This location took complete accountability for the situation and did everything in their power to rectify it. Now, after dealing with all of this weirdness for the last few weeks, I can say that I am genuinely happy with the end result. read more

TIPS: * If you get a full service oil change here you can stop back anytime to have your fluids checked and topped off for free. AND it only takes them about 5 minutes for a check/top-off. * They will vacuum your carpets and clean your windows for you with a full-service change. I have gone to a few different Jiffy Lube locations in Tucson and they have all given me really great service and attention. This is the one I end up going to most of the time because it's right next to Savers (I like to browse and wait for them to call me when they are done with my car!) and also on the way to other stores I frequent. The service here has always been really great. The staff is always friendly, prompt, and they go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. The waiting room is clean, and even when they are busy it never takes them long to finish up my car. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube as I feel they are very thorough and fair in their pricing. read more

I would not give an auto-repair/maintenance place 5 stars unless they deserved it. Great, courteous, prompt service. I had the unfortunate experience of an unexpected repair needing to be done, one of the employees (Jay) went out of his way to help me out. He was polite, pro-active, friendly and (as the problem occurred while the car was in Jiffy Lube's care) he took care of it at no charge. This type of service reminds me of what excellent customer service should be. Other car repair/maintenance places should follow in this example and help undo the (sadly warranted) poor reputation that car repair shops have. read more

I came to this Jiffy Lube to get my power steering hoses replaced. At first everything was going well. Everyone acted professional and I was told it wouldn't take very long. The price was what I was originally quoted. Three and a half hours later, after explaining that the wrong hoses were delivered twice in a row, they told me that the hoses were installed and not leaking but that my power steering was now making an awful noise. They suggested that the power steering pump was in bad shape, but that the car was safe to drive and that the sound may even go away after a few days. If it didn't, they suggested I get a new power steering pump, which would cost me about $300. It was about 6pm by this point. I paid and went home. Indeed, the power steering groaned and moaned on the way home and the steering felt terrible. After a few hours I drove it again and it felt even worse. I looked under the car and lo and behold the puddle was even larger and I could actually see the fluid dripping, a second or two between each drop. Livid, I cleaned up the mess and resolved to go to the Firestone at the Tucson Mall the next day. The mechanics at Firestone told me that one of the hose clamps that Jiffy Lube installed was not secured at all, and that the power steering fluid was obviously flowing freely from this huge leak. That was the cause of the leak and the noise. What upsets me most is that the mechanics at Jiffy Lube took my money and let me leave despite the job obviously not being done. They had to refill and bleed the system multiple times (they said) and couldn't figure out their mistake. Despite this, they took the easy route and said it was acceptable and sent me out the door. I am very disappointed in Jiffy Lube. We have had them do our car work for about 2 years now, and I have noticed their quality of service is inconsistent. Every once in a while they are great. Occasionally they are good. Sometimes they are terrible to work with. And then there is this last time, which is unacceptable. They've lost my business. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube after a Groupon SNAFU at Midas across the street. Richard and his team were AMAZING! I was greeted promptly and enthusiastically. A thorough assessment was done where they walked me through everything. I am mos def not a car guy. Rich and his team were informative without talking down to me at all. I ended up getting an oil change, new air filter, new wiper blades, and radiator service. Rich was quick to dismiss some of the other scare tactics other shops had used citing how low my mileage was and the good maintenance of my vehicle. Even with all of those services, I was in and out in under half an hour. I didn't even have time to finish my iPhone game. Rich, James, Sean, and Malary are ALL top notch. Honest. Efficient. I stopped in specifically to get my transmission fluid filled up. I am driving a 2007 Ford Explorer. The tools necessary for this common car do not appear to be available at this location, nor do they appear to have expertise. I have just wasted 45 minutes. Very unhappy. The staff was cordial and apologetic. I drove away disappointed. My disappointment was compounded when I noticed the oil oil change sticker was still in place; and there isn't a new one. Now, tomorrow, I have to go somewhere else to get the transmission fluid filled; and that was specifically why I stopped at Jiffy Lube in there first place. Ugh! UPDATE: Somebody reached out to me via Yelp, after my review was submitted several months ago. However, they never followed through after supposedly looking into the matter. I can only surmise quality control and good customer service aren't important to this business. read more

We have been having car problems for a little while. So we brought the car in to this jiffy lube, and it was great. They accessed the car panel and found a car sensor was mess up and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they also didn't try to push us into buy anything we didn't need. I am defiantly going to continue to go here. If you can get Jean Paul, he was great about explaining what was wrong and the best way to fix it. read more

I had my oil changed here today. The staff, Anthony,Zane,Miguel and Randy did a great job ! I'm an older woman and the lobby was full no chairs. Anthony brought out a chair from the back office for me. Miguel greeted me at my car and explained how it works and escorted me the lobby. Zane ordered my air filter from another business and it arrived 5 min. later. Randy did the oil change. I wasn't pressured to buy anything and they explained what they did in terms I get. On Friday I went in for a routine oil change & requested a tune-up as well. When I went to check-out they had not changed my oil. I waited further for this service to be completed. I was charged $367.67 & told my receipt would be emailed. I drove off only to have the car start back-firing about 2 blocks away, followed by stalling out & the smell of something burning under the hood. I returned immediately & although the mechanic tried to fix the situation & my car, he was instructed that they were closing shop & I'd need to return on Monday morning when the manager would be in (he apparently did the tune-up, not the mechanic). I had come in with a perfectly fine running car only needing routine maintenance & left after being overcharged (I checked the actual cost of the supplies and discovered a HUGE markup in addition to labor, over 100%); my car is not running correctly and there was no guarantee made to rectify the situation, I lost my weekend income as I could not drive my car, and although I did receive a survey, so obviously they had my correct email, I still have no receipt. When we requested a paper copy we were told the printer was down. I am only giving "one" star because at least the mechanic tried to help me Friday. Prior to my return, I had been completely satisfied with everything. The fact that I brought my car back directly and the issue was clearly obvious, but they were unwilling (as a team) to handle it then shows blatent unprofessionalism & has not only inconvenienced me, but has ended up costing me a great deal more money...and it's not even resolved yet. Verrrry disappointed. Update: I returned today & the guy who did the tune-up was there. The mechanic went in & found that when changing the spark plugs on Friday, the manager broke off a piece of a plug and apparently dropped it somewhere INTO the engine. They did NOT fix it, were unable to find it. I will now have to take my car to another mechanic & pay them to find the broken piece & remove it AND hopefully there is no further damage. When confronted, both the manager & the woman who closed up on Friday (turned out to be the managers daughter) quit and walked out on the spot. Anybody know a good lawyer??? read more
