I drive by Eden Customs on Grant most every day and always thought of it as a really cool race shop. And while I might appreciate seeing a fast Porsche or one of the other exotics seen on YouTube, I'm just as excited to actually be driving my manual stick 'sleeper' Turbo SS HHR. We take good care of her (Katia) so she can remain my forever car! When we needed suspension repairs that required a professional shop, we struggled with who we could trust. I mean, how many mundane shops even regularly encounter a manual transmission anymore or would take my SS seriously and ensure the work done gives us her best performance and handling? Being a performance shop, we figured Eden Customs deals with tricky clutch and suspension stuff every day. So I stopped by one day to ask if they even worked on non-exotic cars like mine. WOW! Edwin made us feel so confident in the care given ALL cars brought to them... It's clear they recognize that every auto brought to their shop has a driver who loves that vehicle and the driving experience in that ride. There is no brand/badge-bigotry here, lol. Edwin listened to what we were looking for and had his tech speak with us before we left the car with them. Well & WOW! We were super grateful to work with Eden on the control arm replacement and suspension adjustments for my SS. She drives and handles superbly now. The work was done in a timely fashion, the total was reasonable for all the work they did, and we couldn't be happier with the service of Edwin and his team at Eden. I don't ever want my car worked on anywhere else! It's Eden Customs ONLY for my SS from now on! The world may just see an HHR, but Katia has the heart of a racer and I see her as the tiger she is! read more

I reached out for a quote for my college daughter's car rear suspension (BMW 302i) to several locations. The service tech Jordon reached back out to me and said could have it done quickly and less expensive than the dealership. Jordon was professional and car was done and ready to go! Everything is done. All is great. The value is worth every penny. The service I needed was completely done. I cannot say enough good things about this business and all of its employees. My car is only going to Eden Customs for everything. It drives like a dream. Thank you everyone at Eden Customs. My car is a classic 2005 Honda Civic SI. read more

I went in for an estimate to fix my Camaro, and they were not up front about the costs. The guy seemed to rush me since he wanted to go to lunch. He charged me almost $80 just to look at it for a couple of minutes and told me he would email me a report with prices and damages. I never received anything in my email, so I basically paid for nothing. I will not be returning. read more

My name is Gary Knox and I grew up in the muscle car era of the 1960's and have been a car guy all my life. I have modified every car I have ever owned to be exactly my personal performance vehicle. I have always needed to do all my own work because finding competent shops that would do what I wanted has always been frustrating and I hate having a so-called "expert" ask me, "Why do you want to do that?" The guys at Eden listen and work with me to get the results I am looking for. I have two highly modified cars that that I have entrusted them to work on. My ultra-lightweight C6 Z06 was completed before I found Eden but their suspension alignment expertise has allowed me to try several set ups with excellent results. My other car is a 2018 Audi TT RS that I bought to be a dedicated HPDE track car. I found Eden after a recommendation from my brother. We both had trouble finding anyone that would work on our Audis, much less modify them. Both cars had major performance upgrades and the entire crew was not only great to work with but the quality of service was outstanding. Thank you, Edwin, for putting together a great crew and building an outstanding, user-friendly, performance shop. read more

If you look at any other of my reviews you can see I'm extremely particular and picky on who I allow to work on my car. Having just relocated to Tucson, I had to start from square one in finding a shop I can trust. I reached out to a friend of mine who is equally as picky and he said "Go to Eden". After looking up some reviews I called down and made an appointment. The shop itself is beautiful and clean and I instantly liked it. But we all know we can judge a book by its cover. I was beyond impressed with everyone I met while there, from Maria at the front answering all my questions to Edwin (the owner) coming out and talking to me about the car and giving me some advice. Also special thanks to Tyler for adjusting my Coilovers and getting my alignment dialed in. Overall a first class experience and great shop with great people. Appreciate you all and I know where i will be taking my car from here on out for anything i need done. read more

I have never been to a facility to have my vehicle worked on and receive the service I received today. I got the "family feel" treatment. After receiving quotes for multiple things "supposedly" needed on my car by other facilities, I came to Eden and spoke with Spencer & Trung. They took the time needed on my vehicle and determined that more than half the things I was told to replace didn't actually need it and gave me their professionally opinion on what was actually needed. Saving me a lot of money and time on unnecessary stuff. That is definitely building trust with a customer especially with someones vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to Edwin and his team. read more

I have been bringing my Infiniti G35 to Eden for over ten years. They have always performed excellent work at reasonable prices. I have decided to add mods to my car and they have always provided invaluable assistance in figuring out if I wanted something and helped me find the best fit. Great shop with good people, they understand car mobs, custom projects and are in my opinion the best choice for JDM projects in Tucson. Coming from California with all its shops, it is great to finally find a local shop that understands the custom scene and great service. I will be taking my car over for all my needs. Don't waste your time, try them. Edwin really cares and loves cars, and his shop proves it. (2012 Honda Civic Si, Coilover install) read more

Edwin and his team are amazing to work with regardless of your budget or what car you drive. This review is long overdue. My wife and I moved to Tucson more than a year ago. As we got settled, it was important to us to find a reputable and capable place to service our vehicles. Although neither my wife nor I are autophiles, we both depend on our vehicles and place high value on properly maintaining them. My wife owns a Toyota Prius and I own a Subaru Forester. When I began my research, Eden Customs quickly made my short list. When I dove deeper into those that made my short list, Eden Customs stood out amount the others. Google and Yelp reviews were stellar. Although I was a bit apprehensive. I just needed our ordinary cars maintained well, and it seemed as though Eden Customs leaned towards supporting serious autophiles. Thankfully they do it all. Over the past year I have taken each of our vehicles to Eden Customs for 3 services. They are true to their word, honest in their recommendations, thorough and conscientious in their work, and are clearly dedicated to their craft. I could not be more pleased or satisfied with their workmanship and interaction. Additionally, it's a special pleasure for me to find small, privately owned businesses that provide impeccable customer service and workmanship of the highest caliber. These are the sort of outfits I want to give my business to. Eden Customs is one such outfit. Without hesitation, they have my firmest recommendation. Thank you gentlemen! read more

I'd like to thank Eden Customs for their outstanding service and also for being honest about the repairs. There are a lot of shops that will tell you what you need and really don't. But EC is very trustworthy and I won't go anywhere else. When I drop my car off for service, I am at piece when I leave my car in EC hands. Just remember that my car is fixed the first time right and never having to go back for the same issue. I have been going to EC for 4yrs. Thank you EC, your team is #1! read more

I wanted to get my vehicle vinyl wrapped to protect the front of my vehicle from Rick chips and bugs etc. I was greeted when I entered the store, provided the 3M book to choose my color and I was given a quote all in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the upfront conversation about the vinyl wrap and expectation of hiding paint flaws. No shadiness or issues to worry about here. Not to mention the front of the store is amazing. They use Motul, and have amazing views of the shop and cars. read more

Glad to find an honest and enthusiastic business in town finally, after switching to different mechanics for years. Edwin is so knowledgeable about the car and how to extend the life of the car, its parts, and its performance. Feel secure that my cars are in good hands for sure, without worrying about being ripped off several times. Love their team's effective and professional service plus extra extended kind service, such as replacing my light bulb for free. read more

In today's times we are heavily reliant on our cars. If things don't work there is always an apprehension as to where to take it to get it fixed without being charged excessively. And your search leads to Eden Customs. It was incredible how upfront and honest Edwin was. He knows everything there is to know about the cars he works on. His staff is equally knowledgeable, professional and have a keen eye for details. I am glad I found this place. Keep up the great work guys! read more

They never reply your email and at every time they would say "I will call you back in X minutes" and I never get a call after it. I made a purchased on Feb/06 for a O2 sensors, but I make a return after 2days, because it didn't delivered on time and I can't wait for it. But I didn't get my money back until today, and they never reply my E-mail or Phone calls. read more

I've been in the car scene for many years so I've been in and out of a lot shops. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner and support staff. I was offered a cold bottle of water (it was extremely hot that day) and a place to sit on a leather couch. There's a flat screen to watch movies while work was being done my vehicle. I found myself at Eden Customs when I was in the market for a part that I was having trouble finding for my vehicle. The owner of Eden just so happened to have the part I was looking for. In fact, he owned the same car as me. So he went out to his car, took the part that I wanted off his vehicle, customized it to my liking, and charged me an extremely reasonable price. I was completely blown away by the customer service and quality of work! I returned again when my brakes had worn down. I was on a budget and didn't have much to spend. Again, Eden Customs pulled through. The owner sold me a set of used brakes (ENDLESS) off one of his shop cars. The brakes were about 70% worn and I was given a price 1/6 of the original price since they were used. That's something you can't find anywhere else. Brakes were installed and I love them! No problems at all. There are very few shops that I trust, but Eden Customs is definitely one of them. read more

Definitely a place to at least check out if you're an enthusiast. Edwin is a great guy who's as into cars as it gets and is happy to chat cars if there's time. Will definitely come back if I need some more work done! read more

Honest, trustworthy, reliable service done right the first time, whether it's regular maintenance or custom work. No job is too small (I just had some mudflaps installed while my tires were rotated, billed at only 3/4 of an hour) nor too big (they've done major suspension and brake upgrades on our cars), and the price quoted is not only fair, it won't change before you pick up your car. Edwin and his team always keep you informed about what's going on with your car, and their craftsmanship and customer service are excellent. My only gripe is they need to get a drop box for customer keys so you can drop off your car on the way to work in the morning. read more

Overcharge you and aren't up front about labor time and costs. Ordered me a part that didn't fit and blamed me for it, even after inspecting my car to see which part would fit, then made me pay extra for the correct part. Horrible customer service. read more

Too bad that Eden Customs doesn't have a lot of reviews on Yelp because they truly deserve it. Imagine you know someone who knows a lot about cars. I mean a mechanic who is also an automotive enthusiast, not just any knowledgeable mechanic. Someone who tinkers with cars and their performance. Then this person also owns a shop that can do the things he and you tinkers with. I am talking about after market modifications and tuning that are done by knowledgeable mechanics, not your high school buddy in your garage. If you're looking for a place like that then Eden Customs should be one of your visits, at least. What's more cool is that they work on expensive German cars. I was looking to put after market suspension in my VW CC and almost gave up until I was introduced to Eden Customs by word of mouth. I spoke to Edwin (one of the co-owners) from the shop. He impressed me right away with his knowledge of German after market parts, and ended up recommending what I thought I was going to use anyway (KW V1). These are expensive parts and I was on the fence because I did not know how they would perform. Edwin assured me that I would like them based on what I told him about my driving preferences. Although I only spoke to him once, I felt like I could trust him. Fast forward a couple months from that conversation, I am now driving on a set of KW V1 in my CC and totally love them. Nice and firm without sacrificing stock comforts, as Edwin had said. I've been back for some adjustment since and the shop did it without charge. I also spoke to Edwin about other stuff for the car and his knowledge continues to impress me. As soon as my car is out of warranty, I know which shop is going to service it. If you're a car enthusiast and want the best service for your ride, check out Eden Customs. By the way, they have a large, clean shop with cool cars inside as well as some custom 2-wheel bobbers (I knew they were cool people for some reason) ... I have been recommending EC to all my friends who drive BMWs. I am the only lowlife with a VW LOL ...! read more

Eden is located very close to my home and was in the market for an HID headlight kit for my bike. Was very pleased to learn EDEN had the kit in stock and had immediate openings to install. The HID was fair priced but it was the job of the techs and their install job that exceeded my expectations. The job was very clean, very well done, and the techs went above and beyond to take the time and buff my old headlight lens to make it look new again. Did I mention the shop manager Edwin gave a 2 year warranty with the kit? I will be taking my bike to these folks for any and every custom job I may get into. I will also refer as many of my friends and family to them as well, seeing as how I just learned they also do moto maintenance as well. I really hope these cats are around for a long time. read more

Needed some lowering springs installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee in addition to getting a quote for the a full color wrap. Based on the astounding positive reviews on yelp i thought i go by Eden Customs and check them out. Gotta say that the whole progress was flawless. Person at the front desk answered my questions sufficiently and provided a very reasonable quote for suspension and the wrap. Even after i advised that the wrap will not occur for quite some time they said that is ok and would still honor the discounted price of doing the lowering springs still. I was delighted and they had no problem in bringing my own parts for them to install. Eden installed the springs in a very timely manner and very happy with the results.
