I originally took my Ram 1500 for an oil change and they did a great job for a great price! Their prices are extremely fair, I give them that. However, let me warn you that they do not call prior to working on your vehicle, I was never informed how much it was going to be to "fix" my AC, they just went ahead and worked on it, and expected me to fork out $400 for Freon. Ok, I paid and was a little unhappy that I was never informed how much it would cost. The next day, my AC still wasn't working. Mind you it was 98 degrees, with no AC having to drive my daughter across town to soccer practice. I spoke with one of the mechanics and was informed to take it back and that they would look at it. Well again, they worked on it without consent and now expected me to pay another $200 to "fix" the original problem I took it in for. Dan was argumentative saying "it was fixed the first time" and demanded that I pay. This review is simply to caution others, and share my experience with Ray Scott Automotive.

Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well. The rubbing never went away after my alignment, but I also found myself without the free time to schedule an appointment until TCRII sent me a text to see if I needed any service work done. Reviewing my paperwork, I saw that the caster was never adjusted when I was there, which is very disappointing to learn. It is my fault for not noticing it right away, but I expected that when I had asked for something, it would have been fulfilled. I am not going to pay for another alignment when the first one was not done correctly. Unfortunately, TCRII has lost my business, and I will never refer anyone to them again based on my experience alone.
