Ivan offered the quickest (1-day) turnaround and was willing to do an outside-only repair to help me reduce costs (i.e., not opening up the interior panel to facilitate pushing or knocking the sheet metal from the inside). He stressed that would be the preferred process but I just didn't have the funds or time to do that. Ivan understood my needs and graciously tackled the dent with all of that in mind. A little more than an hour later he had about 85-90% of the ding pulled out. I totally understand that the only way to get it 100% smooth is to approach from behind the sheet metal but I am completely satisfied with the scope of this effort at half the time and ordinary cost.
