I think I found my new Porsche place even if it's an hour drive. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Very clean bathroom and waiting area was nice and even provided munchies, coffee, cold sodas and water, gratis. They've been doing this for a while and are doing things right (as you'll see from the many awards they've won over the years). Did a great job with my annual maintenance, mostly consisting of changing oil and checking electronics, sensors on Tire Pressure Sensors (which were off) which they filled tires, reset sensors (no additional charge) and everything else was good to go. Alerted me to substantial tire wear without trying to push tire purchase on me as they would many other places. Prices very reasonable and without a doubt a long way from Dealership prices or some of these HOIDY TOIDY shops, (no names of course). Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE (hard to find these days). I will be back!

After being misled and overcharged at South Dade Range Rover and 71st AUTO, I finally ventured onto…read morethe Costco website and decided to give their list of approved auto shops a try. The closest one to me, was Miami's quality auto repair, which was an hours' drive away. I have to tell you that it was worth the drive. From the moment I walked in, I received professional service that started with a brief summary of what they were going to do to my car to assess the problem, while I filled out paperwork. Their nice waiting room had refreshments and snacks with clean chairs. They informed me they were going to do an inspection, how much it was, and once I approved the repair quote they would immediately get started on it. 30 minutes later, they were able to tell me what the problem was in a detailed report with pictures and video that was emailed to me. I really do appreciate the timely professional service and the transparency when it came to how much it was going to be to fix my car. They also provided a free loaner car. It was not pretty, but it handled like a dream and purred like a kitten on the palmetto expressway. thank you so much to Andre and Carlos and their team of mechanics. I will definitely go back to this family owned business with Bertha(birthcontrol)the loaner car. As someone who is not that Car savvy, I really appreciated their whole timely, transparent process that was thoughtfully explained to me in a patient manner. If you're a female, you will appreciate how this auto shop operates. *Polite *Patient & explained everything in detail. *Answered questions *Clean waiting area/not smelly or dirty. *My car runs great *Reasonable prices *Price transparency *Free loaner car *if available I did not use the restroom so I cannot speak on it. But everything else was above average. I will be back.

The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered, and I popped by again when I was back in town to get the service done. It turned out the code the reader gave them was not the right one, and despite the fact that the new part had already been installed, Mike and his team did more diagnostics, ran tests on the old part, reinstalled it, and didn't charge me a cent for the service. I expected to at least pay for the 6-8 hours of labor the mechanics did in trying to figure out what was going on, but Mike wouldn't let me pay or even let me tip! His reasoning? "You're paying me to fix your car, and we didn't fix your car." If you're looking for a reliable mechanic who will charge fair prices, get work done in a reasonable amount of time, won't try to upsell you on parts and services you don't need, and will be honest when he doesn't think he can help you, come to Pinecrest Automotive Center! I will certainly be back.

Don't know if he never replaced the rotors in the first place or if it was a cheap brand or what but had to pay for rotors and brakes a few months later elsewhere because you can't just replace rotors and not the pads. First they tell me my drain plug is stripped and no one could get it out (3 different mechanics there supposedly tried). Previous oil changes, my drain plug would be removed manually with a wrench and had no reason to be stripped. They finally tell me they were able to get it out but with a power tool and showed me the stripped plug to tell me I needed a new one. The power tool definitely stripped it for this lie to be sold. That's when they said we will give you a free new one if you leave us a 5 star Google review and I had to do it in front of them. Then, guys proceeds to tell me the biggest lie yet. He says my oil pan had damaged threads and I will be have a big oil leak unless I pay $700 to install a new one at their shop. I say no thanks can't do that right now and leave. Over the next month and a half, I indeed had oil leak ruining my driveway. Eventually I got fed up and knowing nothing much about cars I got under my hood and saw immediately what happened. Took a video sent it to a mechanic friend and he confirmed. The oil filter had been left lose on purpose and oil was leaking all around it... the oil filter was wet with oil. I took it off put it back on night and tight this time and never had any more oil leaks. Shame on this auto shop for trying to scheme on me. Women should be able to go to auto shops alone and get honest prices and honest work done. This is beyond fucked up and I hope this business fails. If they did it because I had the Groupon, take your listing off of Groupon then. People who are struggling and looking for discounts can't afford to be lied to and forced into a money grab scheme. Any business willing to do this dirty shit is the problem in Miami. Do not trust this business. If you're a man and you're knowledgeable you may get lucky. Otherwise, you're risking it coming here. Your car and your wallet. Original coaxed review I wrote in return for the "free" plug: These guys are amazing, my drain plug was stripped and they still managed to change my oil. Definitely come here for any car needs!
