There were no pickup instructions, driver information, or contact information included. By the time I arrived at the airport, I still had not received any communication from the company, so I had to Google IBoston Limo myself just to find a phone number. I called twice and spent about 20 minutes wandering around the airport trying to figure out where I was supposed to meet my driver. When I finally reached someone, instead of helping resolve the situation, he immediately became argumentative and yelled at me, insisting that he had texted me. I explained that I had not received any text and had been checking my phone constantly, including while I was on the plane. He continued to argue with me, hung up, and then sent me a screenshot showing that he had supposedly texted me. Whether there was a technical issue with the text or something else went wrong, arguing with a customer who is stranded at an airport and cannot find their driver is an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. A simple apology and clear instructions on where to meet the driver would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, the interaction made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Once I finally found my driver, he was lovely, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, everything leading up to that point, from the lack of pickup information and communication to the way I was treated when I called for help, was unacceptable. I will not be using IBoston Limo again.

We finally get to Harvard and we're randomly let off where I've added pics across from the TD bank but there's nothing clearly labeled which buses to take or not. On our way back we had to ask multiple bus drivers which bus ours should be to get back into the center of Boston. Bit of a nightmare, really. Clearer signage is a definite must, esp on days when it's raining, which it was.

This final ride the driver told me that the machine was broken and tried to shake me down for cash; he turned the machine on when I complained, then upped the price some outstanding amount by tacking huge miscellaneous fees onto the meter. My flight was leaving ASAP, so I had no way to fight the charge. Consumer beware.

He shared with me that the cab drivers own their vehicles and are responsible for them, which impressed me because it shows their commitment to 'old-fashioned' quality service. Without going into too much detail, the billing rep called me today to collect a late payment (my error, I fully admit) and the subsequent conversation was humiliating, belittling and totally unprofessional. I was, and am, startled and upset by the rep's comments, despite paying off the full balance. Heck, even if I hadn't paid them a dime, I STILL would not have deserved this shoddy treatment. Debt weighs heavily enough, Pro EMS. We don't need any derisive comments from you on top of it. I know that in the kind of situations that call for an ambulance you may not have a say in which company you call but, if you do, steer far, far clear of this one.
