The patient came in and had the surgery that he needed and was finally ready to go home. The driver came in and we stated that we needed two minutes to get the patient's things together and give him all the information that he needed. The driver, not saying one word and with a smirk on his face, turned around and walked out of the building. Therefore, one of our nurses guided our disabled patient out to the parking lot where low and behold THE RIDE was gone. We called THE RIDE to find out what happened. Apparently the driver called stating that he waited a "long time" and the dispatcher told him that he was cleared to leave WITHOUT THE PATIENT and without a phone call to the office to see what was happening. Therefore, we have a disabled patient who just had surgery who wants to go home and is stuck in our office without a ride. If that wasn't bad enough we have to pay two of our employees to stay with the patient as they could not send another driver for another hour +. We spoke to Fritz with THE RIDE to find out what went wrong and he was very helpful however we felt we should talk to a manager in hopes to help the patient out a little more. However, when we spoke to the manager who only gave us his first name as "James" was not helpful in any way and did not provide us with any information to help our patient or be able to place a formal complaint on our patient's behalf. The only thing that really gets us is that what if this was your mother, father, sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother or someone else who was important to you. How would you feel if this situation happened to them? Clearly this is a case of discrimination and lack of compassion. This is our hard earned tax dollars at work, ladies and gentleman.

I hastily gathered my things and called a cab which arrived in 10 minutes, as promised. Told my cab driver, a very nice gentleman, that my flight was in about an hour and ten minutes from that time and he said "No problem, I'll get you there in 30." AND HE DID. He even had the foresight to swipe my credit card as we were approaching my terminal so that I wouldn't have to waste time after we'd stopped at the door. And in case anyone's wondering, I made my flight. I realize this may be a small business and not always as reliable as cab companies with greater resources, but man did my Waltham Taxi deliver. I will definitely use them again.

Can I give no stars??…read more Confirmed address twice with dispatcher when I scheduled my pickup to go to the airport today, stressing several times I was going *to the airport* and that I could not be late. Asked them to call my cell phone when they arrived at my office building. Ten minutes after they were supposed to pick me up, when I'd been standing in the rain for five, I called them to find out where my taxi was. Turns out, it was sitting in front of a house somewhere (I'd mentioned my office building several times), and hadn't called. When I corrected the address - again - with the dispatcher, he *yelled* at me "He's coming!" and hung up. Nope. I'm now sitting in the backseat, 18 minutes late, and the car is disgusting and reeks of pee and the driver won't roll the windows up (though with this smell, I don't want him to). I am horrified that I've called this taxi service numerous times for clients and consultants for my work, and given the number to friends who aren't local. What's more nope than nope? Because, that. Also, just noticed there's no credit card machine, and when I inquired he said "Cash. Or we have to call it in." Whatever that means. Nooooope. Never ever ever ever EVER again.

Instead of marking down Ocean Street in Hyannis he put it as Ocean Street in Boston. Our driver was lovely and addressed the issue quickly. However, this morning my husband had multiple missed calls from the owner. When he returned the call he was addressed by a very angry, very aggressive owner who accused my husband of calling him a liar, told us the driver could be fired over this, and then when I chimed in he asked why I was even speaking and that I was part of the original problem. The owner then asked us to pay more for his mix up instead of just assuming the responsibility and eating the cost. The overall approach to the situation and lack of professionalism was shocking. Maybe if he wasn't trying to do business while traveling in Italy he would have gotten our reservation correct and we could have avoided this entire situation. My advice - look elsewhere. It has now been five days and a response has not been received. --- To whom it may concern: I would like to bring to your attention the terrible experience my wife and I encountered upon using Elite Worldwide Transportation recently. I would like to preface my comments below with the fact that we used your business due to purchasing a Groupon that was offered. We purchased because it seemed like a genuinely good deal, and we were hoping it would make for one less thing to worry about for our honeymoon to Aruba. This turned out to be quite the opposite. In the course of dealing with Elite Worldwide, the following problems were encountered: 1. I received a call on Sunday, September 18th (the day before our scheduled pickup) indicating that we would need to be picked up at 5:50am - about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled - to account for extra traffic related to construction taking place near Logan airport. We hit absolutely no traffic on the ride to the airport (it appeared that there was construction, but not on our route - it would be expected that this would have been accounted for?). We had to wake up early, and arrive at the airport early for absolutely no reason. 2. On Monday, September 19th, after picking us up and loading our luggage into the car, the driver asked my wife and I what the best route to Logan airport was. The reason we hired a car service was to NOT deal with these details! 3. Once at Logan airport, the driver almost dropped us off at the wrong gate (we needed to correct him). He then proceeded to double check his paperwork while driving, causing him to slam on the brakes when he almost hit the car in front of us. 4. On the last day of our honeymoon in Aruba, Monday, September 26th, my wife and I were woken up to my phone ringing over and over again around 6am. When I woke up and checked my voicemail, it was a driver in front of our apartment waiting to pick us up. I called him back, and he was very surprised and apologetic when I explained that were were already picked up at home a week ago and would in fact need to be picked up at Logan later that evening and brought back home. This mistake single handedly ended our honeymoon early and brought us "back to reality" far sooner than we needed to be! 5. I called the main number for Elite Worldwide later on in the morning, and my call appeared to be forwarded to someone's cell phone. The person that picked up explained that he was aware of the mixup from earlier in the morning and that a car would be waiting for us that evening at Logan, upon our flight's arrival at 8:09pm. 6. Our flight arrived at Logan on-time that evening. I received a phone call from the driver at 8:25pm (long after our flight had landed) indicating that he would be leaving the motor pool to pick us up. We were the only two people waiting in the Limo line at the airport for our car to show up - approximately 25 minutes. The driver was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. When we explained that our flight landed some time ago and we had been waiting, he apologized and indicated that his paperwork may have had incorrect flight/pickup times listed. Both my reservation email (and the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone earlier that day) confirmed the correct arrival time so I am not sure where the breakdown was. Based on this terrible set of experiences, I can assure you that my wife and I will never use your service again. I can only hope that this feedback is used to improve the experience for future customers. The fact that so many things could go wrong when hiring a professional car service that refers to themselves as "Elite", is completely outrageous. A cab would have been less expensive, more reliable, and much more hassle-free than the poor service your business provided my wife and I with.

Wait a minute, had to change the date, chaos ensues. Apparently no one has ever had to reschedule a flight in the history of air travel. Despite rescheduling the flight/ride, still got charged, plus additional hidden costs for gas, tolls and a 20% tip, for a trip that never happened! Tried to straighten it out, and the people we dealt with were beyond rude and apparently incapable of dealing with the rescheduling of a trip. Hitchhike before scheduling a trip with this company.
