For at least a week after Thanksgiving, our poop trash can was overflowing with poop that hadn't been picked up in over two weeks. Given that we only have 3 dog stations, with 1 main one at our local HOA park that most folks use, we need more frequent dog poop bag refills and the poop trash cans changed more frequently for a neighborhood with a lot of dogs. I've even called in to ask for bag refills and the poop trash can to be changed, but still no new rolls. I do not recommend this company.

I recognized what they quoted was definitely low and in fairness, I decided to continue and pay them what was the more appropriate amount. 2. They several times showed up without warning or not enough warning, and a few times went in my backyard without permission. Thankfully, my dogs were not outside at those times. 3. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:30pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING AND WENT INTO MY BACKYARD. Here's the thing - the owner Karen, didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Karen even told me "it's easier to pick up poop at night with flashlights". When I called this morning to discuss the matter, she really didn't care at all. Didn't even let me speak more than a few words.

One of the workers did not get authorization to enter the backyard and our dog bit him. He had to get sutures. Our insurance company stated the company/employees has made several claims in the past which is suspicious.

I contacted them to see if they could help our condo building with general cleaning and waste management. What they actually delivered was a complete transformation with thorough deep cleaning, and now maintain a level of cleanliness weekly that is noticeably making a difference in the morale of the residents. Since our environment has improved significantly, I noticed that residents show more respect in the building, and careless behavior has started to decrease. Every visit, their impact is visible, and building issues are brought to our attention for us to address that we may be overlooking. For example, residents not picking up after their dog. What I did not anticipate was how much they would help me manage the building's needs by providing excellent feedback when something isn't working. This is helping me adapt and improve maintenance processes, which has a purely positive ripple effect. Another thing that I want to mention is that the consistency is remarkable. They instinctively know how to care for our building, it's incredible! I am now finding that I never have to wonder if something will be done. That is so refreshing and takes a huge amount of worry and stress off my plate! All I can say is that I am beyond impressed with Kynikos and deeply grateful for their partnership.
