I told her I had already spoken to and confirmed with 2 other people that I had a reservation for my dog to stay for a few days. I picked up my dog & he was so high energy (unusual for him, unless he hasn't gotten exercise in days). He was super hungry when I got him home, & he as well as the bed I asked to leave with him were COVERED in urine! He & the bed were both freshly clean before I dropped him off (just I felt so bad I left him there. Never again!

You can tell that the employees really love our dogs!!! They are so kind and patient!!! Their customer service skills always make my day because they take their time in assessing questions, concerns, and needs for our babies! I love that this facility is both indoors and outdoors. I'm very picky with who I trust with leaving my dog with she's my baby!! These people are truly some of the best people I've ever met!! My sweet Abigail loves coming and always whines with excitement when we pull up. A lot of the times she doesn't even want to go back home with me!! I could not recommend this place more. From the extremely courteous and kind owners, to the loving and hard working employees, to the perfect space of scenery with large yards to run in, and trails to explore. I'm so happy I decided to give this amazing place a chance!

They even reached out to see how he was holding up! Highly recommend Four Paws at Four Points for your little ones! We've been going to them for a couple of years now for my English Golden Retriever, Bock Jr. (7 years old), and now our new baby Atlis as well. I have nothing but good things to say about their overall care! Very friendly and comfortable environment! Also, a major plus: I got a pretty big discount on all of Atlis's surgical procedures (which were done during one surgery), making it a very reasonable price, in my opinion, given the quality of care and LOVE! I have never seen her so happy!! (Not kidding- it's why I'm writing this review.) Also, you can't beat the price and you're supporting a local biz. She had four hours of playtime this morning compared to Taurus which gives them *significantly* less play time for double the price. We will be back every chance we get!! Thank you! The place does not have much parking but not a problem. Inside will find a nice doggie grocery store with some interesting treats and a large selection of in-house food prep to take home kept in a refrigerator. Probably may want to bring a small ice chest if taking any home. You can see the dog kitchen and the staff is super friendly. It did not take long until ready to pick her up and once again the staff was super cool where my baby looked and smelled great. She felt very comfortable with the groomer. They did a great job! For some it may be a little pricier but was well worth it.

Felt a…read morelittle traumatizing at the time, but we found a copperhead in our backyard a couple of nights ago. Magnolia steered straight away from it! Now, she's afraid to go in the garage where the boots and machete are located. Don't judge - we can't have another den of copperheads in our backyard after I was bit two summers ago. Thank you so much to Winter Kennels for helping us avoid another trip to the hospital, and even worse, a potential trip to the emergency vet. You were amazing! We will be back next year for a refresh. Literally, life saving!
