She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always finds the best solutions for your pet. She doesn't recommend non-essential tests or treatment. She will call you back herself if you have concerns or questions. One of my dogs is 14.5 years old and doesn't travel well by car, the Vet Tech Ben came to our home to give her the injection, he too was very kind and caring.
