My son loves trying new foods. The service was good. The people were cordial and polite. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with Cambodian art work. I like the menus which had photographs of the dishes with a corresponding number so you know what menu item is pictured. We ordered and the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered: - Noum Kreap Jean: These egg rolls are crispier than Chinese egg rolls. The filling was good. - Trei Chap Chean Turk Chhou-Aim: Their fried pompano fish with ground pork and a delicious ginger sauce. I enjoyed this dish. - Sachkor Cha Ktis: Beef and spinach in a peanut sauce. It doesn't look pretty but it's definitely tasty! I love the peanut butter sauce. - Cha Kathiw: Very similar to Thailand's Pad Thai noodles. - Bonkea Cha Jee: The way they cooked the green beans was perfection! - Chicken Fried Rice I'd love to come back and try more dishes!

I was really happy to learn the owners are brothers and also speak Teochew. Definitely glad to support their business. We had a group of about 8 and ordered a lot, including the spicy papaya salad with chicken (#109), the deep fried pompano topped with ground pork and sauce (#638), fried calamari (#113), beef skewers (#319), stuffed boneless chicken wings (#528), shrimp fried rice (#948), and fried banana with ice cream for dessert. Everything was seriously delicious. The stuffed boneless chicken wings are still one of my all time favorites and something I always order when I come here. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and kept checking in to make sure our group was well taken care of. Great food, great hospitality, and a place I'm always happy to support. Highly recommend!!

We ordered crab fried rice, pad Thai, drunken noodles, roti, short ribs, lamb chops, wonton and BBQ pork noodle soup, and steamed basa fish with Panang curry. Most of the food was good and tasted about how we expected. The steamed basa fish was interesting and ended up being one of the better dishes. It did not have a fishy smell, and the meat was very soft and delicate. The only dish we did not enjoy was the wonton and BBQ pork noodle soup. The broth was very bland and honestly tasted like lukewarm water. Parking may be hard to find during rush hour. I had to park about two blocks away. Other than the soup and parking, we had a good experience.

I usually don't like eggs benedict but the eggs were cooked so well and the egg whites were not gooey like most places. My husband liked the Duck Benedict but said it wasn't what he expected (thin slices of duck) but still finished the entire plate. We ordered ricotta pancakes and pork belly to go. Our son loved it. I did request for it to be spicy and the staff packed the chili powder on the side and warned me that it would be spicy which I love and I threw everything in and I was sweatinggg, this was when it was 80 degrees outside too but I couldn't resist. Authentic and delicious food in an understated family-owned restaurant with thoughtful service…read more Went here for takeout lunch this week and we tried the Rainbow Salad and Khao Poon noodle soup at medium spicy level. Both dishes I would definitely get again and again. Rainbow salad is a clear vermicelli noodle (made from mung bean) salad with prawns and ground chicken or pork in a lemon/vinaigrette fish sauce, topped with thinly sliced red onions, fried shallots and cilantro. This was my favorite dish and soooo good that I think I would order this every time I return here! It had layers of umami depth with just the right mix of spicy heat. Shrimp were sizeable and not overcooked and the ground meat was seasoned very nicely. Khao Poon is a rice vermicelli noodle soup in a coconut curry broth with ground chicken, topped with thinly cut cabbage, scallions, bean sprouts and fresh mint leaves. At medium spice level, there was still enough heat to satisfy those that like a higher spice level. Broth was perfect, not watered down nor too salty. The takeout order for this separated the noodles and veggie/herb toppings from the broth and chicken so it doesn't get soggy and you can assemble when ready to eat. Based on how well these two dishes were made, I can't wait to return to try their other dishes. They also seem to have some breakfast specials which seem really good, like a grilled Laos sausage with an omelette over rice.
