Rice was mushy, the rolls were cut in varies sizes, very large pieces and the soya sauce taste like it was watered down.

We asked our server to cancel a food item shortly after ordering -- it was something small, just $7.99 -- but they completely ignored the request and were fighting with me to pay for what I ordered. When the item came out anyway, we reminded them that we had asked to cancel it. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the server just wouldn't let it go. No effort was made to make it right. It's not about the $7.99 -- it's about the lack of care or accountability. Good customer service means listening and not making guests feel like an inconvenience. I canceled my order completely, which, with everything else that I added, was well over $60. I was so appalled by the way I was treated, even willing to pay over $60 for lunch, that I just left. We won't be returning. Conveniently the manager was "on vacation." What a load of $&@! If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and be talked about poorly in a different language, this is the place for you.

It was about a 15 min wait after placing your order. I got a custom bowl and paid extra for two proteins, salmon and beef. Both tasted delicious. The salmon was a little too fresh I would of preferred of it was marinated or tossed in the sauces prior to. Speaking of sauces the Mango sauce is really good!!!!!!!!! I also tried the smell lemonade. It was good and refreshing not too sweet which I appreciate. I ate the entire bowl but I will say it came to a point where I wanted to leave some leftovers but it just looked too small to leave for the next day so I continued eating

The customer service was good. There are 6 signature bowls at $14.99 each, all regular size only. The following garnishes are free: scallions, ginger, nori, radish, fried onions, and sesame seeds. You can also add sides (most are $3.99). You can build your own bowl at $11.99 (snack size) or $15.99 (regular size). I ordered the "Poke Eats" signature bowl ($14.99) since this is my first time trying Poke Eats. It was quite good. It comes with white sushi rice, tuna, maple sesame shoyu, cucumber, sweet corn, crab salad, and edamane. The tuna was fresh. The only tiny complaint is that the rice was a little clumpy. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible (there are two steps at the entrance. There are no customer washrooms. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2023-348

If by some chance you haven't tried Poke before, the best way I can describe it is that it's kind of like deconstructed sushi in the form of a delicious rice bowl. it's both filling and nourishing, without leaving you in a food coma. Toppings include things like tuna sashimi, corn, edamame, ginger, seaweed, avocado, etc.

Location/service This place is located right in the heart of…read moredowntown Markham, right across from the Canada Carousel. Really big sign that you can't miss. Parking is available right by the carousel or you can go underground by the condo complex. Interior is pretty standard. Nice to see that they have tables available for you to dine-in, but I see most are doing to-go, so nice convenience. Staff were friendly and nice to see they are following health and safety quite seriously when assembling the bowls. Food Their food had always been pretty staple, where you can either select a fixed menu setup or build your own poke with a choice of base/protein/toppings. I also like that they have an option to do salad or soba noodles besides rice as the base. I went for the Aloha Honey Ginger Salmon (crab meat slaw * pineapple * seaweed salad * masago) and Mauna Loa Spicy Shoyu Salmon (edamame * spicy cucumbers * spicy seaweed salad * masago) They've got daily specials too, so it's nice you don't have to break the bank. If you need a go-to spot for healthy, filling meals, this is the one!

Ingredients tasted fresh and i honestly enjoyed everything in the bowl and how all the flavours meshed together. It included most of my favourite ingredients for poke bowls! I didn't really like the spicy or pickled? cucumbers however. I'd much rather have it separate as i found it threw off the taste a bit. Still delicious! The portion i found was a bit small. But I'd totally come back!

I got the poke your way regular size, which comes with two choices of proteins and a variety of different topping options. I loved how many sauce options they had and your ability to customize the level of sauce you want. It came out to be a really flavorful, refreshing, a delicious bowl of poke. I feel like the portion size could be slightly bigger though. While it's not the best poke I've had, I feel they are deserving of 5 stars because of their excellent service. We came in close to their closing time, and immediately upon entering we were greeted by the owner. He was so nice and very accommodating! We had to stay a little longer in the shop to wait for a taxi after eating and he didn't rush us out despite it being past their closing time. The place itself was also really spacious and well-lit. There are a good amount of tables to dine in as well. Good poke and 10/10 service :)
