They provided top notch service and their cost were also very reasonable. They worked with our home owners warranty company to help save us the most money in this transaction and pushed our best interest in fixing/replacing our AC unit. It was their recommendation to replace the unit. (Rightly so the unit is 30 years old 2-3 times its lifespan) however it is the home warrantys policy it is attempted to be fixed first, despite being cautioned against doing so as the inital problem may not have been all that was wrong with the unit. Working with the home warenty company was no small accomplishment since Cranberry heating and cooling invested their own time and effort to do their best to ensure what was in our best interest as the customer. If this had been on our own dime and our call and not the home warrenty companies, we would have gone with the new unit after their investigation of our current 30 year old unit, because I trust their expertise and honest work ethic. I also want to note when speaking with the representative from the home warenty company, the representative admitted to being impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness of their report. We will definatly call again when the need arises & highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fair and honest business.

I canceled the appointment the day of the call as I had already gotten the issue fixed. They didn't say anything about charging me $169 service call. Never mentioned a cancellation policy and 15 minutes later texted me to say they're billing me for the service call. I called them and had to deal with the most cold and rude customer service agent I've encountered so far, some Alexis. I even asked that they complete the call if they're so desperate to bill me and she said I already canceled the appointment. Update: I was contacted after the owner got involved and he waived the fee as I didn't receive their cancellation policy

This past year they installed the first half of a split AC system (the upper floor), and agreed to wait to finish the lower floor AC install until masonry work and window installation had been completed. They are due to be here this morning to complete that half of the work, and if past performance is any indication of future performance, I expect my 5 star rating to stand! My contact there is Rodger. He knows our home, he knows how the four zones to our hearing system works in our home, and he knows the heating and air conditioning business. Roger didn't call me, I called 4 days after to check. Roger told me the system was fine and no leaks. Christmas eve attic was 72 degrees, ice dam destroyed roof, 2 rooms in house, and attic. Near 70k in damages. I called liheap because furnace was obviously leaking air still. They came back out... tech said he definitely felt it still. Yet again Roger said it's not leaking to liheap. But this time we have google camera in house, personal reasons, and it has tech telling me he felt the leak and it's the ductwork and also the main supply plenum. So 70k in damages, all so he could save maybe 800 in profit.. don't be part of a program and take advantage of the program. Not to mention threatening me with legal action for a review. Freedom of speech bud. Not one thing on this review is a lie. People searching for your reviews should see all positive and negatives. You may contact me without threats. It's bad business practices.
