Food: We got a burrito that was just so lovely and full of meat and great stuff. It's one of the best, if not the best, Betos burritos I've had. The amount of salsa this place has and the amount of delicious flavors was truly epic. I was shocked. Such a great place. Service: The service could not be better. Period. The gal running the register couldn't have been nicer to us and told us all about the menu and the many salsa choices. The cook back in the back was singing with the music and over all just had a rad vibe. This is a five star Betos. No question. Anyone not understanding how nice is a Betos this is and that it is a top of the line one just don't understand the kind of restaurant they're going to. Come give this place a shot and enjoy a rad and lovely place.

But, out of desperation, we went in and were unbelievably surprised. They have a huge menu and portions are gigantic! Plus, they provide free chips and a salsa bar that's incredible. So I give this McDonalds props for being open; however as a vegetarian my options are really, really limited here. This place is clean. The cashier was pleasant. Short line. Food came out quickly. Cashier gave me a cup for water, no charge. But I'm still hungry. It's not this location's fault, but I wish corporate would add a few meat-free options for when McDonalds and the gas station across the street are the only places selling food in a Sunday night in Provo.

Because it was so hot out I went for a strawberry salad and asked to substitute steak instead of the crispy chicken. The steak was marinated well and cut very thin so I was able to mix it with the salad well and have steak in every bite. The portion of salad was large and filling, but not uncomfortably so -- just right. The strawberries, greens, and everything else were very fresh and delicious, and I loved the homemade strawberry vinaigrette which wasn't too thick and not watery at all, just a little tangy and not too sweet. The vibe of the place is pretty fun with a free vintage motorcycle museum to walk around a bit in. I took a couple laps around the room before headed out. Overall, atmosphere and staff were very pleasant and I'd definitely like to drop in again and try some breakfast items.
