Do not have signing up about no dead heading and no car parking in the truck parking however…read more There are several trucks park in the red zone (fire truck and gasoline regulations about parking near pumps). And we are an oversized load and require 2 spaces to accommodate the load we are carrying. You allow a truck to park in a non existent space between us and the tractor trailer next to us. I have no issues bringing in DOT or the local fire and police authorities to handle the concerns we are currently having with Loves Management and uniform application of parking. We have been parked here all day awaiting permits and not one single employee or driver has been non understanding of our over dimensional load being parked double. Yet your manager will walk out here and insist he is just. His truck will fit easily into the car/truck parking in the front. He isn't carrying a load, doesn't have a trailer and literally doesn't have any of his DOT licensing displayed. So again how do you even know he is a commercial vehicle. Looks like a work truck to me. Police or don't police the parking lot but don't come out here and walk past 6 trucks parked in a red zone to come get involved if you aren't going to uniformly apply your own rules.

Apparently, the order had been entered as "grilled cheese" burgers. I understand mistakes happen, but when I drove 20 minutes back to the restaurant, the manager's response was essentially that the cashier entered it that way, so there was nothing they were willing to do to make it right. Respectfully -- who orders 11 grilled cheese sandwiches at In-N-Out? The issue wasn't just the mistake; it was the complete lack of customer service afterward. A little ownership and effort to fix the situation would have gone a long way.
