He said it must have been previous damage, that their pressure washers weren't capable of chipping paint etc. I just so happened to have a picture of my truck the day prior to the wash, he denied app responsibility. I am very dissapointed, I used to recommend them to my friends and family, now I have over $1000 in damage and was told they not only were not responsible but that it did not happen there. It was easy access in and out- not too busy. It looked clean around the outside - I didn't go in because I paid at the pump.
