Usually they have long handles on the squeegees but there was a small problem. It was like 20 degrees out so the buckets with the washing fluid were frozen solid. My phone screen required repair, my wrist still hurts, and unsure if there's damage to my knee I cannot see. Not sure how else to reach someone. I contacted Loves on their corporate website. Manager did not seem to concerned with this problem in the thoroughfare where people drive to refuel. I suggested they put a cone so a car will not damage their wheels or tires or another person to potentially fall. The cashier however, was very nice and actually apologized for my injury, which is why they get even one star at all .

The pump hose was long enough that when I was pumping, I was able to step over it to get to my driver's side door to clean out the trash that I accumulated. The windshield cleaner was the best that I ever used. It actually cleaned the bugs off of my windshield very easily (maybe because it was new, idk).
