At that point, I decided to leave because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. As we were walking out, he yelled, "don't ever come back," which was completely uncalled for. I've been here multiple times before and never had an issue--the other employees have always been polite and professional. Unfortunately, this interaction really changed how I view this business. The staff were super friendly and nice and got us squared away quick. We ate in the restaurant and it is a small town place that feels that way. I would gladly eat here again given the chance. I took photos of it, and they show multiple different slices--all of which had the same raw, gummy texture across the entire slice. This was not just one bad piece. Because of this, we didn't even get a chance to actually eat the pizza. That was our dinner, and we ended up leaving without being able to eat it. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The manager insisted it was "ranch sauce" and claimed the pizza was cooked thoroughly, which is simply not accurate based on both the texture and appearance. I was also told I was the only person to complain, as if that somehow made the issue invalid. Regardless, we were served undercooked food--twice. They offered a $5 discount on a $21 pizza that we couldn't even eat, which did not feel like a fair resolution.
