Upon entering, there was no button to push for the doors to open so we had to fight with the doors while trying to push him in or have someone hold the door for us. The aisles were NARROW for someone in a wheelchair. We needed help with getting his measurements but there was no one around. One guy saw us and knew we were shopping but didn't offer assistance. We went into their teeny, tiny fitting room which was not easy for someone in a wheelchair to use- it was a struggle. I asked if there was maybe another fitting room around and was told that that was the only one. There are no hooks inside the fitting room to hang your selections either. I expected it to be like the JCP in Flagstaff but it wasn't. I love JCP too.

Making a stop in Gallup after driving through much of Arizona to get there, we spotted a small mall…read morenearby. We were drawn to Five Below since we have them at home and love to see what new items they have added to their shelves. We were not disappointed. Plenty of holiday selections. We spotted several items we wanted so we made mental notes, continued through the store into the mall. Walked through the mall checking out the stores and even some pop-up booths out in the mall, before heading back out through Five Below, filling a bag with gifts for others on our way out. Great stop. Got to stretch our legs, do quite a bit of window shopping, then got many goodies from Five Below. Will definitely make this stop each time we are in Gallup. Can't go wrong with their quirky clothes, toy, and dependable electronics. Be sure to grab a cold drink just before checking out.

They gave me prices for services upfront and scheduled an appointment easily. The day of the appointment, we didn't wait long to be seen, maybe 10 minutes, only because I forgot to fill out new patient paperwork before coming in. They have a cute movie room in the waiting area. The dental tech that took x-rays and did my daughter's cleaning was patient and gentle. The dentist didn't keep us waiting long either and was also friendly, patient and gentle. Overall a very pleasant experience that only took about an hour for x-rays, cleaning, and Exam. They both had a positive attitude and were kind. There was no judgement at all especially if you get anxiety or haven't been to a dentist in a while. The front office lady was extremely helpful even before my appointment. She helped me with my insurance as to what would be covered and what I would pay out of pocket. Also, They helped me set up an appointment that was referred out of their office, my insurance with that office and a rough estimate of how much it would cost out of pocket. 10/10- would recommend this office.
