Let me tell you, EVERY TIME I visited the pharmacy? Walgreens? It seems like SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WITH SUCH A GREAT ATTITUDE!!! Can we appreciate how well she is doing by putting customers first? Omg!!! Today? She didn't have to come to the drive thru JUST TO TELL ME, "we will be right with you ma'am" ugh!!!! she didn't have to do that! She was sooooo nice!!! I waited patiently and she just had that two seconds to acknowledge me! I appreciated that. This wasn't the first encounter with her. I had to go to Walgreens every week, maybe twice a week, just for my medication, so every time I noticed her working I knew I was going to get that GOOD GOOD SERVICE! Other times? Nope. I'm sorry Walgreens but you're going to have a hard time trying to beat that kind of professionalism from anyone else. Especially in Gallup! That right there? That's "I love my job" kind of work! They advertise 3 six packs of sodas for $12 but they only ever have two in stock. They need bigger shelves to accommodate that kind of ad, as is there's just enough for two six packs. Do better by your customers. Or don't advertise at all if you're not going to honor it! read more

If the objective of this Walgreens was to be the worst pharmacy in America, they regularly excel at their work. If you want to hear, witness or be a part of HIPPA violations, that's a regular part of their day. If there is a marginally complex reason why something isnt ready on time or they have to order a medicine, their first instinct is to lie to you about the reason rather than take the time to explain what is actually happening. A lot of the techs mean well, a few of the pharmacists do. But for the most part they view filling prescriptions for patients as a painful obligation they will reluctantly do if they have no other option. In particular, where they fail the worst, is anytime a poor looking or sick looking person is there to fill a script. I have witnessed on multiple occasions pharmacists loudly refusing to fill a script (for a valid reason from what I could easily overhear), saying the name of the prescription the person is trying to fill and in general doing everything they can to humiliate a patient for having the audacity to ask them to pick a script early. If a patient is Native or native looking...it gets even worse. Alas there are not really any other options in this town. You can go to Walmart, but you'll likely run into one of the same pharmacists who also doesnt understand what they are doing and has little to offer besides contempt. read more

Do NOT go to this Walgreens! There is a young girl that works there that is unbelievably rude each and every time I've ever seen her there and the pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes with your prescriptions. I would strongly recommend that no one uses this pharmacy! read more

The staff aren't really helpful. But luckily it's a small store so you can find things fairly quickly on your own. They have good deals most of the time. Especially on food and snacks. read more
