Let me tell you, EVERY TIME I visited the pharmacy? Walgreens? It seems like SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WITH SUCH A GREAT ATTITUDE!!! Can we appreciate how well she is doing by putting customers first? Omg!!! Today? She didn't have to come to the drive thru JUST TO TELL ME, "we will be right with you ma'am" ugh!!!! she didn't have to do that! She was sooooo nice!!! I waited patiently and she just had that two seconds to acknowledge me! I appreciated that. This wasn't the first encounter with her. I had to go to Walgreens every week, maybe twice a week, just for my medication, so every time I noticed her working I knew I was going to get that GOOD GOOD SERVICE! Other times? Nope. I'm sorry Walgreens but you're going to have a hard time trying to beat that kind of professionalism from anyone else. Especially in Gallup! That right there? That's "I love my job" kind of work! Upon entering, there was no button to push for the doors to open so we had to fight with the doors while trying to push him in or have someone hold the door for us. The aisles were NARROW for someone in a wheelchair. We needed help with getting his measurements but there was no one around. One guy saw us and knew we were shopping but didn't offer assistance. We went into their teeny, tiny fitting room which was not easy for someone in a wheelchair to use- it was a struggle. I asked if there was maybe another fitting room around and was told that that was the only one. There are no hooks inside the fitting room to hang your selections either. I expected it to be like the JCP in Flagstaff but it wasn't. I love JCP too.

The day of the appointment, we didn't wait long to be seen, maybe 10 minutes, only because I forgot to fill out new patient paperwork before coming in. They have a cute movie room in the waiting area. The dental tech that took x-rays and did my daughter's cleaning was patient and gentle. The dentist didn't keep us waiting long either and was also friendly, patient and gentle. Overall a very pleasant experience that only took about an hour for x-rays, cleaning, and Exam. They both had a positive attitude and were kind. There was no judgement at all especially if you get anxiety or haven't been to a dentist in a while. The front office lady was extremely helpful even before my appointment. She helped me with my insurance as to what would be covered and what I would pay out of pocket. Also, They helped me set up an appointment that was referred out of their office, my insurance with that office and a rough estimate of how much it would cost out of pocket. 10/10- would recommend this office.
