Finally, the owner stepped in and took over and did a good job. The warm towels that were used on my feet were old, shredding at the edges, and should be thrown out, but otherwise, the owner was nice and did her best. My second visit, which was two weeks ago and for a manicure, was terrible. The woman who did my nails was rude and spoke about me in Vietnamese to others. While I do not speak the language, I could understand when I was being made fun of. She realized I understood what she had done and tried very hard to smooth things over with her poor English. The owner was not in, otherwise I would have complained to her about it. Making fun of customers?? Bad business.

He refused to do my nails because about six months back he was painting them and the color on my nail versus what it looks like on the Lil chart we're completely different. The color was orange. I asked him if he could change it since it was only one fingernail that wasn't cured yet, and he got extremely upset and sent me to the other lady to get my nails done and ever since then he will not do my nails because I said the color didn't look right. I spend around $200 every couple weeks or so in the shop and have for probably more than six years but they are saying they don't care if they lose the money or a customer because he will not do what he needs to do when I come in.
