Every time I go here, I am never disappointed. Although I do recommend coming here, the customer service is just all about business. Theres no extra nice nice service from the people that work here. They talk in their own language and the anxiousness you can get from them talking to each other in front of you is uncomfortable because you cannot understand them. But they do give good eyebrow waxes and pedicures. It would have been five stars, if they had good nice customer service and actually treated them as a person instead of just another customer. read more

The owners take good care of you! The wait is long but it is worth it! The only place in Gallup, New Mexico that will do a great job! My daughter and I always go here for our pedicures and our nails. I am very positive person, but when I spend almost 50 dollars for nails. I just want my worth. Went to get a full set. Waited a whole hour. When it was my turn, the gentlemen didn't even sanitize nor change the towel he been using from the previous customer. (I should have left at that point) He cut my nails and started to file down my nails. He nicked me a few times on the cuticle area. Then came time to put on the tips. He used so much glue that the top of my nails was glued to my skin. He was very very rough shaping the tips. I did express that he was doing a rough job, he didn't even confirm nor say anything to me, then proceeded. Then he proceeded to add the acrylic, as he was filing, again it was so rough I thought the nails were going to break. When he brought out the electric file, again he nicked me in the cuticle area. Then he buffed my nails and it was so painful that my nail was throbbing. The paint job was horrendous. I asked him to clean up my cuticle area and he was not having it. He had a terrible attitude about doing the job. I will not be coming back to this place again. read more

The first time I came here I thought I had a pretty nice experience until the next day when a couple of my toes were sensitive. I thought it might've been from cutting cuticles but another day later I clearly had 3 minor toenail infections. I tried to give it a second chance 2 weeks later with just a simple manicure. No. The tips of my fingers were immediately peeling and dry from whatever chemicals they put in the water for me to soak my fingers. I also witnessed the ladies not even attempt to sanitize any of their equipment for the customers afterward. No wonder my toes suffered. NEVER coming back. read more

One star why well I waited quite awhile almost a hour and a half. Went to show the guy my nails it was pretty simple and he was rough, the product was burning my nail and I got a full set before but never experienced pain on the my nail when acrylic was applied. Over all it was not worth almost $70 on my nails. It has bumps, bubbles, and is just not good. The nail that was glued on my nails were too big for my nail and the nail isn't even shaped how I wanted. I thought I've gone to worse but this is worse. when you don't end up loving your nails or grow into liking them it's not a great salon. Guy was in a rush toward the ending and I was in pain on my nail was burning sharp pain. I should have gone to another salon right when I felt the sharp pain and nail glue was glued more on my skin than my nail and feel like my nail is gonna fall off never coming here again just not somewhere I would be to get cute nails done and having to deal with pain and not loving them. Overall just wasn't happy and I feel like you should leave happy with every nail service but I guess not this time :( not being rude just writing my honest review. read more

Top Top Nail is managed by owners of LA Nail (across the street) and I waited for an hour and a half for a simple PEDICURE. I ended up wiping my feet off and walked out of there. The previous owners were very attentive, courteous, and respectful. I never waited for more than 20 min. Now being managed by LA Nail, it's the same horrible service and awful customer service as their regular nail salon. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation--so not going back again and I'm letting my friends know. I came to Gallup Nail and Spa -- much, much better service. read more

I wanted a simple gel color change. It took the guy over 90 minutes to get it done. He also did a sloppy job. I had to ask him several times to correct his work. Also, it was expensive to get a color change. I won't be coming back here. I should have waited until I went into a city to get a color chance. I'm disappointed. read more

I would give this place 0 starts if i could. I know a lot of people say that but i truly mean it when it comes to this place. I went in for two pedicures and a lip waxing. When we arrived the staff was very nice and greeted us as we walked in however our experience truly went down hill from there. One of the ladys told us she was ready for us to sit and start relaxing. However, when we sat down and put our feet in the water, the water was very hot; we expressed our concerns to the worker. She told us it'll be fine and just to put our feet in. We did. After about 30 minutes of us soaking our feet in water, it was finally our turn. My sister went first and one of the younger females started her pedi and handled with some care, but she then started to take out the side nail of the big toe and she left my sister to bleed, the worker didn't give us any notification of the blood and proceed to work. There was another lady before me, the older worker was doing, she finished her pedi and finally came to my turn, another 15 mins of waiting. The older worker was NOT gentle at all (whole pedi only lasted a good 10-15 mins) she started by cutting my nails with a nail clipper and was extremely rough, she then started cutting the side nail out, after i voiced my pain to her, she didn't say anything and still proceed to roughly handle my feet and continued to get the rest of side nail out. When she was polishing my nails, she was squeezing my big toe even though the sides of the nail was turning red. It's been about 12 hours later since getting the pedicures and my toes are still in PAIN! Do your self a favor and don't make the same mistake i did. read more

So I went there only because Seri took me to the wrong location. I entered and not one technician picked up their head to greet me. I finally said hello. I waited for 30 Minutes after I was told 15. Not very friendly. I was asked if I wanted a cut down to my surprise she charged me an extra $3. Left saying never again. read more

Not only was I treated horribly. The man who did my nails literally riped off part of my nails to where I felt pain. he did not apologize for his carelessness on top of that its was so clear he was talking about me with his employeers.
