worst customer service ever 0 stars... when i went in to pay my bill i always felt like they said…read morethings in a complicated way to confuse me when i first initially went in to start business with this company they were nice and explained things to me, when i went in after that to pay on my loan every time every girl in the store was rude to me. i would ask for a manager and they would all tell me they are managers. and then when ever i explained my problem to someone with how i was unhappy with how i was treated they would just say im sorry smile and say there is no one else you can talk to we are all managers, smile some more, told me, you can call corporate. then i remember asking the girl for the number and she told me its on the wall go get it yourself. now i if i wasnt paying my bill i could see why a company would be frustrated with me but i paid my bill and paid it off today and when i went in today Samantha was nice at first then took my money i paid off the account and then she smiled and said well we don't have your title i cant find it right now it was sent off and we will call you when it comes back, i said well why wasn't i told that before i paid my bill off, she smiled again and said sorry there is nothing i can do now, i said really cant u call the place and see if the title made it there and when it coming back? i truly believe this person was trying to create an obstacle for me to run around to get my title back. and i knew it, after another 5 mins of trying to explain to this girl that i want my title, another woman walks up with the title in her hand and gives it to me. so this girl lied to me when she said they didn't have the title.or if she didn't know where the title was ...well she sure didn't use her customer service skills to help me find it. it was a new girl an older woman i believe she is new her name might have been marlow shes the one who gave me my title and she wasn't even the person helping me, samantha was..... i question this behavior and do not recommend this store at all. all the other reviews seem pretty positive but that must be because candy is offered by the workers at the stations saying if you give a 5 star review you get a treat........ shouldn't have to bribe people to get a 5 star review
