They were out of apple, so we got cherry. Then we decided to get the #1 breakfast burrito. We wanted to buy the tortillas they make there but they were out. The burrito was so good, we ordered another one. Then the cherry fritter. I personally don't like them, my husband does, but this one was delicious. The two ladies working were so nice and told us how Glenn's started and the story. Which I loved. I'm sad they are so far away. There isn't a place that makes those burritos here in Vegas. I hope we'll make it back someday!! In the meantime, let's talk about FedExing tortillas and fritters. Please!

It was early evening so I looked on Yelp for dinner spots and we had made stops here before, Keith was tired and just wanted quick and easy so we went to Cracker Barrel. We headed that way and the building is pretty small, looks like it used to be something like a Tasty Freeze maybe. When you open the door, the sweetness just flows out to you! There were a couple of racks of fresh donuts and cookies that were cooling. There were lots of freshly baked bread they use for the sandwich shop. We ended up getting an eclair, a chocolate twist, a donut and the fritter, and you can't have donuts without milks! We only paid $13 for everything, which was well worth it. They aren't open 24/7 right now, but we were talking with the owner and he said he comes in about 2 o'clock to start making bread for the sandwich shop. We told him we were going to be on the road at 3 and the cinnamon rolls looked fantastic. He wanted us to stop by and knock on the door so he could let us in!
