I have to admit, I was a HUGE fan of this little Sally's store because the employees were so very…read morehelpful and kind... but about 3 weeks ago, I drove up there to purchase an electric trimmer which was over $60. but I honestly thought it would be of good quality. I opened the box on Saturday to use it for my partner and it worked outstandingly for about 30 minutes. Then is died! It's And is Pivot Pro Model PMT-1 I called Sally's about the defective trimmer and they informed me that they do NOT take back trimmers. How utterly convenient for them! I'm out $60 bucks and they're off the hook??? I notified the company via internet and "Andis.com" but have heard nothing back. I was on the phone 800-558-9441 for over a half hour (on music & ignore) but no one ever accepted my call. I'm guessing these are poor business practices and bad customer relations. I purchased a new one at Walmart--made in America!

Their customer service skills were perfect, know what would make an impact or just help in a small way. Finally even suggesting a gift card be added to the purchase, so that my son could buy his own much needed items. They were sharp enough to ask for his phone number to check & see if he was a part of their rewards program. BINGO!!! He was, so he will get credit for my purchases. Store was clean, well organized, prices seemed reasonable. I will be back & highly recommended this store/staff.

The manager and staff here are so helpful and so knowledgeable too. They can and are happy to help you with any beauty question you can think of. I often visit them when my hair doesn't turn out at the salon. They ALWAYS help me find just the right products to undo what has been done...not an easy task when it comes to hair color.
