He was able to provide "and explain the process, what impressed me the most, was how well he communicated and how organized his company was before starting the project. 20 stars if I could!…read more Everything about this company is top notch. I just bought a condo and I had a garage leak from a storm. :( Turns out it's from my balcony. The balcony was only 5 years old and it turns out it was done wrong. I found MFK on yelp and read through the reviews. MFK helped water test and found more leak originations than myself and another company. Their prices are right in line with other bids I received. It took a few weeks to get onto their busy books, but it was worth it. Mitch is the project manager and was fast with quoting, checked-in on site, and was always available. The 2 man crew, Gaspar and Alfredo, were amazing. They were on time every day and left it clean everyday. It was a 3 day job and it looks amazing. They showed me what they did every step of the way (I was curious) and I could see the nice quality craftsmanship. They had to rip out stucco on a wall and rip out the perimeter of my balcony to add flashing. They even found an area causing leaks just around the corner from the balcony and fixed that too (more stucco removal and flashing). They also did a few other little stucco fixes for me. Very reasonable price per square foot. Everything looks amazing. I also bid with them for roof maintenance (cleaning and sealing for 5 units in the HOA) and their pricing was the lowest out of 5 local bids. Don't use anyone else!

They completed this job efficiently as well. I found this family owned business trustworthy and will continue recommending their services to friends and family.
