Microwaved food. Piña Colada smoothie is tasty. Avoid if more than 3 people in line. 1 server makes for slow service.

The fruit salad was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. Would definitely avoid this place when you are at Dulles.

Well done Airport Potbelly team!!!…read more This place was beyond busy and pretty much non-stop during our 1.5 layover. We saw a constant line - close to our gate...however the line was moving...no person really stood in place for very long. Their system is pretty slick...they keep people moving and every staff member at their station was focused and attentive and helping to keep customers focused and paying attention. It's a bit of a cattle call line, however, everything was neat, organized, accessible and signage was viewable and readable from whereever you were standing in line. My sandwich was exactly how I requested. Well prepared, great amount of toppings and for a $13 sandwich it was a very generous portion. Easy to take on the plane. I would definitely recommend this location for a more "fresh" food option.

Not a huge fan of Potbelly traditionally but wanted to try a wrap instead of a sandwich, to see if…read moreI liked it better. And I did like it quite a bit! Felt like a better balance of flavors without so much bread. Order was: Chicken salad wrap, provolone, lettuce, cucumbers, Italian seasoning. Portion size was generous, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. In the mid-afternoon, this area is a good place to take a break in the airport. A few of the gates right around Potbelly were almost empty. I collapsed on a row of seats near the window and leisurely consumed my wrap while watching planes go by. It was quite pleasant. Marking off a star because I ordered ahead on their app while I was walking across the airport and they didn't make it until I got there, even though I had allowed 20 minutes for them to prepare it. No signage explaining where to go for pre-orders, so I had to flag someone down at the registers and she found the slip for the order. Then she sort of begrudgingly made it and handed it to me without any commentary. So yeah, seems to be a common theme here. No one was particularly friendly and they didn't actually make my order until I asked, but the food was good and at least somewhat healthy.

A booth opened up and we ordered: Two coffees, waters, a breakfast burrito, hashbrowns and bacon, egg and cheese on wheat toast. We are so so full and it cost about $24. Stop in and eat at Joe's. If your business, military service, law enforcement etc trades coins/patches- their walls are covered in patches and coins. I'm sure they'd love another.

I wish we had a Joe's in Reno, but I would end up weighing 300 pounds! First of all, thanks to Helen and the incredibly helpful and friendly staff for enhancing the experience and making my breakfast just that much better. Just walking in you knew you would be leaving full, content and happy (and ready for a mid morning nap)! The food was exactly what I was hoping for and actually expected. My buddy Mike had a Denver Omelette with Hash Browns and Rye Toast and I had a Cheddar Cheese, Mushroom and Bacon Omelette, also with Rye. I also got a side of Sausage Gravy for my Crispy Browns. Pure yummalishous! We all have our favorite "type" of Omelette and this was mine. Thin, not fluffy eggs, LOTS of fixins' and gooey melted cheese. I forgot we also got a side of pancakes and some scrapple! Yes, we literally pigged out! Cant wait to say hi to the crew next month when I return... and enjoy another great meal! Cheers, JimG

In part, that was us not quite able to figure out exactly where it was. Grant Street, it turns out, is disjointed. In other words, it's not like it's just a straight shot from one end to the other. We stopped in here on a Saturday around 4 p.m. The place closes at 6 p.m., and are closed on Sunday. At that time of day, they weren't at all busy. The young man at the counter took our orders, and someone working in the back made the sandwiches. We just ordered savory items, so we can't speak to how the sweet items are (although some of them sounded so good). I ordered the salmon sandwich, which consists of: "Choice of your chimney bread, spread with dill cream cheese, filled with smoked Atlantic salmon, spring mix, cucumber, and red onion." The bread choices are everything bagel, jalapeno, and cheesy. I chose the everything bagel and asked for no onion. I found this sandwich to be tasty, but I thought they could have gone lighter with the dill cream cheese. The bread had a nice crispness. My husband ordered the ham and Swiss sandwich, which consists of: "Choice of your chimney bread, spread with paprika mayo and filled with black forest ham, Swiss cheese, fresh romaine hearts, spring mix, sweet pepper, tomato, cucumber, and red onion". He wasn't happy with the paprika mayo, as he says mustard would have worked better. Nor did he care for the sweet peppers. Now he knows not to order the default setting for this sandwich but instead to customize the toppings. They work with DoorDash, which, when ordering online, gives the option to customize one's order. There are high tables, the type that are found in bars, for those who want to eat their sandwiches there. The place is kept very clean.
