Best Hawaiian muffins ever! So good. Dong pass up on the lillikoi bun either! Service was quick and very kind. It's in a cute little plaza by snorkel bobs and that's a wrap. It's a must!

This is my stop for the best artisan bread and pastries. I got up early, to get there before they sold out of the goodies I've been thinking about. I really like that I can select from the old world German Artisan collection and the Hawaiian Artisan baked goods. I snagged the Isabelle, a loaf of bread made of spelt (dinkel wheat, high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants) and rolled in an assortment of seeds. The texture is soft and the crust is slightly chewy. Just right and the taste is very satisfying. I can't bring myself to putting a slice into the toaster, though, because I don't want to risk losing any of the seeds. I'll be fine with the broiler and some butter. I also went for the Hawaiian Bread. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It has pineapple, toasted coconut and tiny soft raisins. The bread is moist from the pineapple juice and the loaves are small. I could finish one off in a setting but I resisted the urge. I also bought extras for sharing and had to pass them out quickly before temptation called. I'll return soon.

My wife and I were a big fan of this place during our stay in Maui! My wife loved the banana bread, it was delicious and moist! I love the ube mochi. It had strong ube flavors and the texture was perfect. Parking is a small lot but enough parking. I highly recommend when you're in Maui!

We love this bakery, and make sure to visit it several times during our visit to Maui. It's always a good idea to get there early before everything is gone. I especially love their macaroons and extra long coconut biscotti, but this year I found their Chocolate Pretzel Croissant outstanding!! The salty and sweet just made it perfect. Of course their breads and rolls are yummy too! Staff is always helpful and welcoming. We'll be back next year.

they have such wonderful food in although you have to get there early because they sell well worth the early morning rise from your to your custard and meat You can find anything you want here and if you can't, you can grab unbaked dough and take it home and make it yourself. The employees are very courteous and very genuinely helpful so be sure to ask

This shop has the best breads. Parking lot is small and shared with quite a few shops but people seem to come and go alot so be patient and you'll snag a spot. There is so much to choose from I picked the cinnamon roll and a lilikoi filled pastry. There are a few tables outside but decided to take them home. Both were SO good, I will definately buy these again. The cinnamon roll was so soft and tender and the pastry had so much filling. Be sure to go early for the best selection they sell out quickly of many items. There is usually a line of people waiting for them to open at 7.

Another visit to Maui and another beautiful morning on the beach with a breakfast treat from Maui Bread. They have many options to choose from. It's hard to walk away with only one or two items. They have some warm items like ham and cheese twist, pineapple and cheese twist. Oh no, I am making myself hungry, might need to go back.

Cute little shop with fresh pastries- definitely worth the stop. We ordered the Pina colada sweet bun, pretzel croissant, and Pineapple & ham twist. The bread is so soft when you bite in to it. The pina colada sweet bun is moist and has pineapple & coconut shavings- I would order this every time. The pretzel croissant perfectly flakey, soft, & salty. The pineapple & ham twist had that sweet & savory mix. Parking- parking lot shared with other businesses

We love visiting Maui Bread company when we're in Kihei! There are plenty of breads and pastries to choose from. They also have a lovely display area with little jars of jellies, butters, and chutneys with different flavors - lilikoi (passion fruit), guava, mango, and coconut pineapple! We got the Lilikoi Sweet Bun, Pina Colada Sweet Bun, and the Paprika, Onion, Cheese Roll. While we enjoyed them all, the Pina Colada Sweet Bun was my personal favorite. The Lilikoi Sweet Bun was pretty tart and was FILLED with lilikoi jam.

Every visit I have in Maui I stopped by for their ginger Cookie. Every encounter I have is pleasant. Today I came in to take some for my workers to try their POG bread for our red eye flight back. The very special person Elfie helped me choose some options. I was glad to try some Macadamia Cookie, Ginger Cookie and Pog loaf bread. Thank you for your hospitality will visit sometime soon again when work takes me back

We came here a couple of times during our time here and thought overall the baked goods were pretty good. We had the macnut muffin, pretzel croissant (both sell out frequently we were told), the chocolate croissant, and the cheese, paprika and onion bread. The macnut muffin was the best of these pastries. Very fresh and good but also more like a muffin top since it's small. The pretzel croissant lived up to its name and tasted like both things -- was good but it had a bit too much salt. The cheese bread had too much onion in it and the seeds in it were a pleasant surprise (even though the ingredients did not list the seeds). The chocolate croissant was a huge disappointment. It was literally a croissant cut open and filled with chocolate chips -- the chocolate was not even melted. The staff here are friendly and it's nice that have ku'ia chocolate here -- we went on a chocolate tour on a prior visit and it was nice that they sold the chocolates there without having to go to that chocolate store. It's very good chocolate!

Really cool counter-service bakery with baked goodies. The coffee selection is limited with one hot and one cold option. I had the sweet roll guava in the middle and the guava juice. Both were not overly sweetened and were a huge portion in my opinion (sorry for no pic, next time). Seating is outside and the staff is supppppper friendly. You can smell the baking dough from the parking lot. There is ample free parking and other shops in the complex to visit. I would totally recommend!!!!

Cinnabon, specially Hawaiian coconut muffin, and 2 croissants.

Let me tell you, when it comes to finally finding a bakery where the bread and pastries blast my pallet right back to Germany, little did I expect it across the street from the beautiful beaches of Kīhei. The best part of this business is Frau Elfi. She's a passionate about her craft, very hardworking, and is surrounded by an all star staff. Setting is beyond words, grab your delicious meal on the go, or walk across the street and sit and enjoy it overlooking the ocean. It's incredible all around, just make sure to respectfully throw your trash away properly, once you're done enjoying your "pastries with a view".

I got the bread with macadamia nuts because i love nuts and they drive me nuts - nuts were fresh enough, which added the crunchy texture to my soft moist bread - could be more moist but it was already satisfactory - i like how they sell smaller pieces rather than a whole loaf but also it was more pricey - not as fresh and as good as aunty sandy's but decent! rating: 3/5 - since this place focuses on cinnamon roll, the rating is heavily weighted towards the cinnamon, which did not meet the minimum expectations of what a basic cinnamon roll should be - if this place was called the banana bread place, id give it a 4/5 - quick service nothing much to note - very small store; grab and go vibes with some seats outside IG: @nom.noms.only

Both slices came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, which is the only way to do it. The service was friendly, too. My mom politely asked if they had any sugar-free pies available. The girl at the register stated " you need to ask for those a day in advance". The girl then looked up from the register with an annoyed look on her face and said, verbatim, " does it look like I'm the head baker? I only work the register. You need to leave the store and call us to order". We all looked at each other shocked. That was the most rude response I've heard in a while... like we are supposed to know who specifically ask to order a sugar free pie ... ... just a wild situation for such a fun place with great tasting pies. The good: - blackberry mango was probably my favorite pie - peach cobbler a close second place - loved the mountain berry as well The bad: - the girl working the register - you want a sugar free pie? Make sure to NEVER ask in person. You have to call in. - And they only offer whole pies and not slices for sugar free pies The verdict: - minus 2 stars for the rude girl who yelled at my mom - minus 1 star for only having whole pies and not slices for sugar free pies, even though they only have 3 flavors to choose from... Such a shame to have people like that working at a place that serves such a good product.

In the front they had mushroom soup on the specials board, so we figured we go sample um. I had them bring a cup of soup out to start along with my wife's coffee. Gotta be honest--when I dipped my spoon in, I was already judging. Looked kinda thin, not creamy like other mushroom soups I've had. I was thinking, "Ahh here we go." Took one spoonful and immediately had to humble myself. That soup was money. Like, stop-talking-and-just-eat. My wife tried it and confirmed that this soup was "winnahs" . Deep mushroom flavor with the right amount of seasoning. It also came with a little piece of focaccia toast which I would have really enjoyed but had to take my wife's word for it since she ate um all . Should've ordered the bowl. Rookie mistake. For my main, I went with the original eggs Benedict. Portions were a little on the small side, but with the roasted potatoes, I was good. Didn't leave hungry, didn't need to loosen the belt--perfect middle ground. My wife got the strawberry waffles and yeah... those were legit. She's not a syrup person, so she asked for more whipped cream. The waitress comes back with a little mountain of whipped cream in the little silver ramekin. All in all, solid spot. Friendly people, ono food, and little touches that make you feel taken care of. We will be heading to Cafe Kaila again to try some other stuff like the "chicken and waffles", and next time, I'm not playing around with the soup. Bowl, Garans.
