With so many direct-to-consumer mattress companies taking over the market, it's easy to get lost in a sea of write-ups and online reviews that leave you utterly confused about what makes a bed comfy and high quality without actually getting to check it out in person. Our Sleep Guide comes to the rescue with a wide range of online brands ready for you to test out. The folks who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. We arrived with a short list of beds to try and walked out with confidence about our pick. Even better, you can order through Our Sleep Guide for the same or better savings without sacrificing the sleep trial or warranty. A great overall experience!

My husband and I took our time testing out mattresses with input from a sales floor employee. 3) and lastly - their prices are lower than what you can get directly from a the mattress providers. They are not lying when they tell you they offer lower prices. They are able to apply any available sales prices from Helix, Avocado, etc. and they have the ability to add discounts on top of that. My husband and I were not sold but then we went home and crunched numbers before going with ordering from OSG. It was hundreds of dollars difference for the same product. Our shipping was slightly delayed but overall not a huge issue for us.

My issue is that they started their pitch with the high priced black series without asking us our budget. Fine, but then we get to the nitty gritty of the BF sale with the free adjustable base. The sales rep then leveled with us that the base mode "was crap" and that he would quote us with the upgraded model which added substantially to the price. The crappy base model was just a bait and switch to get us into the store. Then he did the whole "this price is only good right now" which was followed by his offer to call another store to price match. Bottom feeder sales tactics on display! We walked out and got something comparable at another local store for $1300 less, aka a real BF deal.

Shoutout to our salesman Gilberto (Gil) for being patient and thorough throughout our encounter there. I liked that he wasn't pushy and gave us our space to try the different beds and discuss our budget, but also provided his honest opinions on what would work best for our needs. He also got us a good deal on our set with the sale going on as well.

Also, it would have been great if we could find a painting that was abstract. Both the hubs and I like abstract paintings. Well, I meandered through the store looking for abstract lacquered paintings. I did not see any paintings that met my criteria. Snappity snap snap...I spotted some figurines that I fell in love with. There was no price on the one I was looking at, which is because they came in a set. Therefore, I scooped them up...even better deal than I initially envisioned. While I was at Copenhagen, I also picked some handmade Danish ornaments that were on sale for 70% off. I also contemplated purchasing this little lighted house...it was only 50% off. I did not do so because its base was wobblily. All in all, I had a very productive shopping trip at Copenhagen,

Even though I'm set on furniture, I often get bored and find myself changing things up every couple of years. Visiting this showroom allows me to do so with simple changes such as swapping out accessories. The showroom is well laid out and visually appealing, especially to someone like myself with a degree and background in interior design. Details are so important to me. When they have sales, lookout! Some of the best deals you can get. You've gotta know when to shop. Not long ago I purchased a couple of round pleated pillows for the accent chairs in my living area. Love that I'm treated the same whether I'm buying a $4,000 sofa or a couple of hundred dollars in throw pillows. Lovely showroom and lovely sales team. High quality items.

That is not the case at all. I just received my "settlement" offer of $500 to keep my sofa as is after spending almost $4,000 on my sofa. There is only damage on one cushion and they will not replace it. It's a leather sofa and no one I have contacted is able to clean it (and certainly not repair it for $500). I placed an order for a sectional during sale (May 22) as we were told this discount was best yet to find out this 35% is available on every holiday. I was encouraged to order now, even though my home was not built yet in order to take full advantage. I was reassured (in person) that I still had a 60 day trial period and they'd honor that if we hated it. This was my reason for placing the order with that specific store. Unfortunately, our home took a little longer than we anticipated to complete. I sent a message July 16th asking to extend our delivery to later (so that I could actually take advantage of the 60 day in home trial). I was told it had to be release 7/23 and to anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. They could not hold. To make matter more complicated, I was not getting email notifications from FedEx and they dropped the sofa off without our knowledge (at property that was still under construction. On 9/23 I got a text reminder that 9/25 was the end of my "in home trial". I immediately responded how we were still not in our house and haven't set it up. I asked what happened if we didn't have all the parts etc. they told me if anything is wrong the warranty would cover it and encouraged me to open all the boxes (20+!?) to verify everything was there. I said "gosh I don't think that's physically possible". To where they said " ...just keep us in the loop... we should be able to figure something out...". January 18 just as soon as we got everything set up, I texted that the anything table is not the right color, and wasn't functional in the current set up. While they were friendly about it- the answer is that I am outside the 60 day trial window. They wouldn't even offer to exchange it for any entire additional section- which would benefit them (costs more). So, I am stuck with a non functional anything table that looks horrible. I cannot provide a positive rating because customer service is 75% the reason we chose Lovesac. We are very disappointed!
