Purchased a mattress over the phone for my dad. He ended up not needing it. The company was updating their system and my refund never processed. Clarence continued to follow up with me so to confirm the refund got processed. It was a technology issue and he held to the refund saying this is usually not an issue. He made sure to keep me looped on the progress with corporate. I received my refund and glad I went with a trusted company. Moreover, I highly recommend due to their high level of customer service! Thanks Clarence :) read more

Great experience buying a mattress for our fifth wheel... fits perfectly... thanks again to the mattress firm team...!!!

We recently purchased a new mattress and box springs from Mattress Firm in Riverside. The sales associate was awesome she spent a lot of time educating us on the different types of mattresses and made it super easy to choose just the right one for us. We could not be happier with our choice . The delivery team was great too. They communicated well and often, arrived on time and were very nice and professional read more

Came during Memorial Day week and covid time. All the costumers including staff, which was only Janelle, wore a mask. Janelle took care of me with no problems. She was helping four different parties at the time and made sure she helped everyone. Go Janelle, You deserve a raise! She made sure she answered all my questions and handled the hectic time well. I was there for no more than 20mins and bought a mattress. They offered free delivery and I received my mattress the next day. They called me a day before and gave me a time frame of 0800-1000. Then they called me again at 0700 to tell me that they'll be coming in 45mins. The delivery men were quite nice too, offered to place the mattress for me but there was no need. Thank you for you guys time! read more

Update: I was so pleased with Dan and Mattress Firm service I went and bought a bed for myself and the old ball and chain, I purchased a Chattam and Wells mattress with a adjustable base. It is without a doubt the most luxurious bed I have ever owned I am sleeping like royalty, coupled with the fact that Dan worked me a good deal on the price I feel as if I won twice. The Josephine model made by Chattam and Wells is by a far the best bed I have seen out there. I am really glad I have purchased this bed as it has helped me with my back pain. Now every time I wake up I feel much more rested. I went in expecting a rough experience, as I tend to run into pushy salespeople, understandably I had my guard up. Dan however, treated me very professionally and made my experience very pleasurable, giving me the necessary time to look around. He took the time to explain the product and why it was worth the buck, I am glad Dan took the time to explain each and every mattress I tried so I could make the best choice for my daughters! needless to say I am very very pleased with his and Mattress Firm's service. Keep up the good work! Truly a Five Star experience! read more

I have a lot of physical challenges. I went and bought a really firm bed there to make it easy to roll around. Paid almost 1500 bucks. The first mattress became soft quickly so I returned it. The next mattress started getting soft. The edges are soft. There's a big hole in the middle making it hard for me to roll back-and-forth. We went and got paperwork to fill a warranty claim. My caregiver lost it. We go back to try to get more information and the salesman that helped us developed an angry attitude like we are wasting his time. So I don't know what to do to file a warranty claim because it's not a mattress firm bed. The help the guy gave me last time he won't help me this time. His name is John. Other than the girl Sarah it seems like all these other guys are just long time sales weasels they only care about making a sale and don't really care about the customer. The Jon guy just walked away and went into the bathroom when I came back in asking for help. Leaving a less knowledgeable sales person to help us. Still have not solve my problem. He copped an attitude because I needed more help. There was no customers there. It was just him and the other salesman. As soon as he heard what I had to say he turned and started going into the back rooms. It wouldn't of been very difficult for him to give me five minutes of his time and help me out but he chose not to. I will never go back to this corporation again read more

These dudes know their biz. They "layed" it all out for us. See what I did there. It was super busy and the sales guy did a great job toggling between customers. read more

Seriously the best customer service experience. Daniel was so informative and helped us explore all of our options. He listened and applied what we were looking for. I was so pleased with his service that he deserves more than 5 stars if that were an option. He gave my husband and I our space to discuss privately what we wanted to do and was not pushy at all. His service to us went a long way and we were pleased to get all of our questions answered. The store itself was clean and organized. Felt they offered an array of supplies to ease any shoppers of COVID19 concerns. It was an outstanding experience. read more

I bought my California king mattress a year ago from Mariam. We love it. I was so pleased with the customer service that I went on Saturday 1-29-2022 to purchase another mattress for my son. I purchase a sealy full mattress, and she assured me that they could deliver it the next day, and have the old one taken away as well. The delivery driver was Roberto P., and he was very polite and helpful. I am looking to purchase a queen bed for my daughter, and I will be purchasing in from mattress firm on central in riverside. I would definitely recommend this place. Sarah was the sales associate who helped me and she was excellent and professional, also very knowledgeable. They really try to get a mattress that fits your needs, I didn't feel pressured to buy more expensive items at all. Only hiccup was that my delivery was delayed from the weather and I had to call to find out what was going on. But overall I would still rate this place closer to 5 stars than 4. You won't regret coming here. read more

I came into the store with the mentality of just to look around and check for prices. I just couldn't handle how extremely comfortable the beds were, so I had to take one home that same day. John was extremely helpful and very polite. Answered all my questions with no problem! I definitely recommend going to him! I am now home with my comfortable Beauty Rest mattress. read more

Wes gave us great service! He wasn't trying to get us to spend every penny we had, and he answered all of our questions with ease! Incredible customer service and great deals. John was extremely helpful! If you need to buy a mattress come here.

Sarah provided top notch customer service. She showed us mattresses in our price range that were appropriate for our particular needs. Not pushy, just gave us the info we needed to make a decision. Delivery was the next day and the movers were so helpful and nice. The mattress and pillows are divine. It all nearly went south when we needed to exchange the box spring for one that worked better for us, as we had discussed with Sarah might be necessary. The other employee we initially encountered about the exchange simply quoted the sales contract to us and was going to charge several fees. My husband was not happy. Sarah then swooped in and took care of everything. I do not know how she accomplished what the other employee said was not possible, but Sarah quickly and without fuss arranged for free next day delivery and exchange. Kudos to Sarah for taking care of her customers. We very much appreciate her efforts on our part and recommend asking for her when you shop at the Mattress Firm at the Riverside Plaza. read more

Took my mother n law here and it seemed great we were promised that her matress wouldn't give her any problems was told if there was any issues with the mattress that they would take care of it but when submitting for warranty due to mattress coils popping and the bed already sagging in after only 6 months I'm told it meets their standards and basically we are stuck with crap that my mother n law is more comfortable on the floor then what they sold us you would think having spent over $600 she would have gotten a good mattress and be able to sleep comfortably but if we want a second opinion they say I can pay then another $40 for this option. WOW RIP OFF Company has no problem selling to customers and promises you the moon but don't hold up to their promises. Or they might if you spend more money for these services. read more

Mattress Firm in the Riverside Plaza is AWESOME!!! My daughter and I went in to find her a bed, and Trekkie Wes helped us immediately by asking various questions about her sleep habits and then explained various ways the mattresses are made and showed her some from their selection. She tried out quite a few on her own, which he took the time to discuss with her, but then she went back to the very first one he had showed her and selected that one. Wes was spot on about the kind of mattress she would enjoy based on her own descriptions of what she preferred and how she slept. May the force always be with you Wes! I also found an amazing mattress for 50% off that will help greatly with my difficult sleep patterns due to its cooling system for my fibromyalgia. So it was a win-win for both of us today! Jody, another cool guy, was at the counter and he was also very informative about many things including sheets with straps that they sell. We enjoyed our time immensely and had no idea shopping for a mattress and sheets could be such a relaxing, informative and fun Sunday experience! :-) 2 thumps way UP! read more
