We were greeted by Xavier who was an absolute pleasure to meet. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his families business we were immediately impressed. He educated us on the industry, took his time to listen to our needs. What an amazing young man with true customer service. He worked with us on our budget, fitted us with the mattress we needed, set up delivery for the next day and made this a wonderful experience. We ended up with an Airloom mattress at a price that is unheard of. It is AMAZING!!!! We cannot believe what a difference a mattress can make. They had to pull apart their entire home, fumigate, and put everything back together; which is a lot of work for an elderly person. It is certain, the bed bugs came from this store or truck. My grandparents have not traveled nor have they had any visitors. It is impossible that the bed bugs just arrived coincidently after they bought this mattress. I want to update my previous review of Sit 'n Sleep because they really stepped up and made things…read moreright. At first, I had a frustrating experience with my mattress and base, and I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. But after everything was said and done, their team followed through in a big way. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress, worked with me on a solution, and ended up replacing it with store credit so we could get something that actually works for us. On top of that, they corrected the issue with the base--we were originally given the wrong one--and made it right by upgrading us. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. It took some time, but they stood behind their product and took care of us. I appreciate them making it right and earning back our trust.
