I've purchased beds from this location twice over the years. They always have the latest selection of beds. The sales people really know their stuff and the atmosphere is low pressure. Getting a new bed is one of those nerve wracking things because restful sleep affects everything. I was able to select a convenient delivery time too. I went into this sit-in sleep store in moreno valley with no real idea of what I wanted or needed in a mattress. The sales associate was Stephanie Matthews. She was so helpful in guiding me to the right mattress and managing to work within my budget. I know I had to have driven this poor girl crazy because I just couldn't make up my mind. She got me to calm down and look at the overall long-term benefits of my transaction. I ended up buying a great mattress . Stephanie was able to provide me with some really great discounts on the mattress and an adjustable frame along with several other items that she recommended. At first, I felt as though I was being sold things I didn't need. She was very persistent in assuring me that the mattress covers and protectors were going to be a big benefit In so many ways. Two days after Delivery and set up, I spilled a coke on a tray that was sitting on top of the bed. The spill stayed on the tray but if it had not it would have ruined my mattress. I am so glad I got the protector. The 2 Gentlemen that came to do my delivery, and pick up my old mattress, box spring, and metal frame were great, They were in and out and completed everything in less than 15 minutes. They told me to take my time when I requested a few moments to vacuum before they put everything together. They even offered to do it for me. I think they were kidding but I sure appreciated the offer. By the Way, if you have any interest in purchasing an adjustable base I highly recommend it. Go the extra mile and get all the bells and Whistles. I am so glad I did. The massage feature on mine is so effective that when I have the bed raised with that feature on. I can barely stay awake to watch tv. I love it!!! If you think you are going to miss your bedskirt that would normally go around the bottom of your bed there is a solution. A bed skirt is not something you can use with an adjustable base . It simply doesn't work, trust me I tried. Solution! Buy an oversized, to-the-floor lightweight q from amazon. Use that like a blanket over your sheet and then put your comforter over the top of that. I did just that and it looks great. It's also a great way to mix up colors and patterns. And the bed is super easy to make up in the morning. Buying a new mattress and figuring out what to do and what to get can be a really nerve-racking experience. It's an investment and sometimes pricey. It is one of those things you really want to get right. As for me, I don't want to do it again for a long time. Trust me when I tell you I did have a budget, And yes I went a little outside of that. But with the spectacular financing they had available, I was able to do it. Purchased a $1,600 hybrid foam mattress 4 months in, major sinking on both sides of mattress my wife's and I. Purchased a warranty, (that does not work) don't waste your money. Sit'n Sleep could not help. They sent down a warranty specialist and nothing happen. My husband and I were planning on visiting several mattress stores today in order to find a new mattress as ours is currently several years old and my husband has been having back/neck/shoulder pain while sleeping uncomfortably for quite a while now. I recalled seeing the new Sit N Sleep store when visiting nearby Aldi so I suggested we go there first. When we walked in, we were greeted by Walter. We wanted to browse alone, but Walter was very friendly and welcoming so we let him in on what we needed and he directed us to the "mattress fit technology" set up that basically allows you to punch in some options and information about yourself and lay down on a mattress that assesses your needs and directs you to your best match. We were on way different levels of need obviously but I'm much more tolerable of different levels of firmness than my husband so we just went with his blue level which is on the firmer side. Walter showed us several different mattresses with different prices, materials and brands throughout the store that had blue tags to match the level of firmness we needed. He explained each different type of mattress and went into details. He answered all our questions and was very patient. He offered us financing in addition to the great deal on an expensive and high quality mattress and box by a well known brand, which I applied for and we qualified. Also bought the lifetime warranty mattress protector...seriously a must. Buying was quick, painless and easy and we had delivery scheduled the next day. Just got delivered today and its amazing. My delivery came in the original time slot given to me the day before. They even gave me a 30 minute call prior to arriving for a more accurate time. Jesus and fern showed up at my house.
