I bought at the one off Day St. But the mattress was delivered from Redlands store. I have just purchase a mattress from Ethan and he is very helpful, he listened to all concerns. But at the time of receiving the order which was 9 days later after having paid in full, I did not get the memory cooling pillows that were on the mattress at the time of purchase and Ethan had clearly said that those pillows came with the mattress. Instead, I was given some other which were a much less quality pillows. Also, I had ordered a medium mattress and the mattress that I received does not feel like the one that was displayed This mattress is a lot firmer and uncomfortable. This mattress has a really strong chemical smell that gives headaches and nausea. I am really disappointed of the service rendered. I originally had posted 5 stars only because he said he would give me a mattress cover, but it turns out that the mattress cover came with the order that I had purchased, so he did not really give me anything. They helped me pick the perfect mattress but When i put my bed set together i realized it was to big for me since i could hardly get on, i asked if i could exhange it for a smaller box frame and they did. I've been needing a new bedframe for more than a year now and I got an amazing deal on an adjustable frame. Easy to assemble, hard to flip up on my own, but SO worth the money and the warranty attached. I have a large family and therefore have purchased many mattresses. I have never experienced a more pleasant shopping experience than at Mattress Brothers yesterday. My wife and I were in need of two new mattresses for our daughters, and we started our search at a competitors store. It was nearly 8pm and given the expense of two sets, I wanted to compare prices so called Mattress Brothers. Although they were closed, the salesperson (Joanie?) told us we were welcome to come to the store and have a look at their products. They had a broad selection and were very helpful in assisting us with determining which product was best suited for our children. We gave the budget we were working with, and we were amazed at the high quality products within our budget. Further, there wasn't a hint of pressure to go outside our budget! The great service didn't stop there. Although they only had one of the 2 mattresses we selected, they arranged for us to pick the other mattress up at the Redlands location, which was also closed at that time. Rather than irritation with how late I arrived at the Redlands store, I was met with kindness and the generosity of a complementary pillow. Our experience here was disappointing to say the least. From the time we walked in we were greeted by a seemingly friendly woman. She was polite and attentive, but somehow kept bringing up God and religion into our shopping experience. I understand this is a Christian owned business, however I didn't come here to talk about religion- I came to buy a mattress. At one point she even asked us "You guys are Christian too, right?". We felt like if we said no, she might not have even sold us the mattress! Strike one. We chose a beautiful metal bed frame and we were told we could pick it up the same time the mattress was in since it was the last of it's kind. We paid for the frame in full. We were so excited. Then we get a call saying that there was a mistake and that exact bed frame was already put on layaway for someone else. How frustrating! There should've been clear documentation saying that this was the case before we had already chosen and paid for it. Even when she called to tell us this, she brought up God AGAIN saying that it was "meant to be" for the other customer who had it on layaway already. Strike two. So we made the mistake of going back to choose a different bed frame. We had 2 options. One of them was "in stock" and could be transferred by the middle or end of the week for the same price. We're thinking "cool, it worked out". Another phone call saying that the transfer would be delayed another week because there was not enough items to transfer to begin with. Strike three! It was a total inconvenience and not even any sort of compensation offered for our wasted time. All we got was a "sorry". I will say the ONLY plus of this experience and why the 2 stars is because she wasn't rude and we paid a good price for our mattress. read more

Went in and talked with Jim. He was super knowledgeable about the mattresses and was able to help me find the perfect mattress for me and my boyfriend! We have completely different preferences for mattresses and Jim pointed us to the right one. He was very kind and professional and generally just a pleasure to work with. Their prices are great too! I got a queen sized bed for $699, not including the additional fees. Comes with 10 year warranty. I purchased a mattress set here 6 years ago and recently started noticing our bed was sunking in on the sided and had a lump in the middle. With my paperwork in hand I contacted the store and spoke to Joanie. From the beginning she treated me like family and kept assuring me they would stand behind their warranty and that is exactly what they did. Joanie went above and beyond to satisfy us. About a year ago, I purchased a bed from their store in Redlands and was so impressed with their service, I posted a very positive review for them on google. Now, having recently visited the Riverside store where my experience was just as positive as the first one, I looked them up here on Yelp. Here I noticed a "review" by someone else that to me seems completely unfair and ridiculous - talking about "...when he sat up and put his feet on the ground she got right between his legs.." The lady she mentions in her post definitely wasn't the one who helped me, because she was totally awesome. Plus, now having visited two of their stores and both with an exceptionally positive experience, I can only conclude that "Olga S" is either an unfair Puritan with strange imaginings, or she might just have some other, ulterior agenda - I notice how she makes a plug for "Mathis Bros," which I can only imagine is a competitor Mattress Brothers. Anyway, I strongly dislike unfair and/or dishonest reviews, and from what I know based on experiences at two separate stores, Ms Olga's so-called review is suspect, or at best uninformed. I will say it again... At two different Mattress Brothers stores I have had experiences that by any measure were exceptionally positive. Everyone I dealt with at least was knowledgeable and sincere, two qualities that in my book are hard to find, especially together. read more

There was a mix up with delivery time but other than that they were amazing with service they were extremely friendly and personable. They did an amazing job. I was practically ignored at some of the other stores in the area when I was shopping. When I went into Mattress Brothers, Jim greeted me right away and started finding out my comfort needs. He showed me several mattresses and we narrowed it down to three. He wasn't pressuring me to buy, he was educating me on the product. As a matter of fact, I don't think he ever asked for the sale. I finally told him which one I wanted and that was it. Barbara another sales associate helped me pick out my headboard. They made my experience so wonderful and their prices were so reasonable.
