Also, there is a good amount of pillows, also ready to sample. The employee working at factory mattress was very helpful and kind. He suggested pillows to my husband, based on the way my husband sleeps, and the bed he sleeps on. We found a bed similar to the one my husband sleeps on, and he started trying pillows. The employee was very kind in determining if each pillow was supporting his neck or putting stress on his neck. The end result was buying the perfect pillow . The pillow was a little pricey, $130 , a good sleep is certainly worth $130. I will definitely be back to the store. Should I have a need. Thank you.

Updating the review to 4 stars to reflect Brian's quick response to the situation and his team's excellent customer service! I think my experience was probably a one off. I feel truly grateful that everyone has done everything they can to over correct an issue that was not in their control. For context, we were looking for a specific brand used in high end hotels which they carried. Daryl was our guy. He answered our bazillion questions, we tested every mattress they had and finally picked the one for us. We negotiated a good deal including 2 cool pillows and cool mattress cover and it was delivered yesterday by Christian and Jorge, 2 good guys who were very respectful and efficient. They didn't pressure me at all, just let me take my time to test out different options until I felt comfortable. The selection here is solid, and I like that they carry options at different price points so you can find something that fits your budget without sacrificing comfort. She did sound like some sales people, where you can tell, they have said this same speech or descriptions of items a hundred times. LOL. She was very pleasant, and answered all of our questions. We went in, not thinking we were going to buy that day. But, on the third bed we tried, we fell in love with the Camellia King....OMG...so plush....and so comfortable! We like it mid-firm, and not feel like sinking, but not stiff, and this was PERFECT! We ordered the bed that day, and got it delivered about a week and half later (*we had brought a Queen bed with us from other state, but heard they provide a loaner if needed). The delivery guys called, and said they were going to be early (again, a first for items being delivered). They came in, set up frame, box spring, and bed (up a flight of stairs, and bed is heavy), quickly and efficiently ! They were in and out under an hour! I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking to have a great sales experience (no pressure), and find a great mattress and great service all around!

It was extremely uncomfortable and I asked to return it, as many good mattresses are guaranteed and returnable. He asked for pictures proving it was sinking in the middle. I submitted them to the specs he gave me and he asked for more. I said it was sitting on the floor and he said the warrantee won't cover the mattress unless it's on a piece of furniture. A platform bed does not cause the mattress to act differently. He said that he'd get the warranty to me and did not, nor did he stand up for the warrantee. There is no guarantee When I went to see if the warrantee actually stated this, I found that my mattress was a "Golden Mattress", a company from Houston, and the Golden Essence, which I bought from Guthrie for 600, costs $295 new from the factory. He marked up the mattress 200%, or double!!! I see at the bottom of the receipt: "All Sales Final, No Refunds". Guthrie should add "No guarantees, no warranties". This man is unethical, he lied and mislead me and wouldn't back up his product. My back hurts from sleeping on this mattress and I can't afford a new one after I blew $689.50 on this one on 11.12.22. It breaks my heart, as a friend bought me this and wasted his money. I don't want for anyone else to make this mistake.
