The cutest, girliest cafe ever! I instantly thought of a bunch of my girly friends I need to bring here, because Matcha Cita is just the cutest aesthetic. Matcha Cita uses authentic matcha sourced from Japan, so on top of being a super cute backdrop for your photos, the drinks and quality is there. I ordered the iced purple haze matcha, made with lavender, ube, matcha, and oat milk. This was so yummy! I'm not usually a huge fan of lavender, the the ube balanced it out so nicely, and the oat milk made everything super creamy. I also got the grilled cheese panini which warmed me up on this cold day. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

Wonderful cafe!!!!! My new favorite!!! I love matcha and they have a fantastic menu with so many choices. I loved the iced rose matcha latte! The rose petals on top made my day. Really delicious baked goods too. The pistachio croissant was so fresh, flaky, flavorful, and Crystal heated it so it was nice and warm. Crystal is fabulous and provided excellent service. She really went above and beyond to give recommendations and answer questions. She was so kind and it was clear she loves working here. Gorgeous cafe!!!! I love the pink and matcha green decor. I came here to get some work done and it was a wonderful experience. Great vibes, spacious interior, pristine, quiet, outlets by every table, comfortable seating, lovely decor, nice bathrooms, high quality food and beverages, and excellent service. What more could you ask for?! I will absolutely be a regular here!

The service here was awesome, there was one worker serving and helping everyone who visited. She held it down by herself for like 10 guests that came in while we were there. I got a golden immunity smoothie which had my two favorite ingredients tumeric & ginger. The folks I was with tried their flavorful matcha drinks and just tasting theirs I can see why people frequent this establishment. The ambiance is flawless and decorative to the tee. Tasty treats are available here so stop on by and give Matcha Cita a visit.

Amazing matcha cafe! Staff is so nice and give the best recommendations!! I am in love with the horchata matcha!! The breakfast burrito with sausage is amazing!! A great spot to swing by on the go or stay for a bit and read/get some work done!! Plenty of seats and tables available!

This cafe is so adorable and Instagrammable, I just know the owners planned the decor well. From wall to wall the decor was on theme and fun to look at. But also, there are space heaters spread throughout the cafe for this winter visit as well. My wife and I love matcha drinks so we were excited to visit the cafe. To people visiting Chicago - note the street parking! We ordered the Purple Haze drink that already has oat milk so that works perfect for me but my wife ordered the cookie butter matcha latte but subbed in oat milk. THE MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: THEY USE REAL MATCHA AND NOT INSTANT. They even have custom and adorable pink bowls for their whisking. Anyway, I really liked both drinks - loved my purple haze order more though but that's just because I'm a huge fan of Ube. I usually don't like cookie butter drinks but I liked this one which is a great sign. We also got a hazelnut chocolate croissant and it tasted really good! My wife didn't like the actual hazelnuts in it but I loved that it added an extra crunch element. Also the service? 6/5. Shoutout to the barista working this day, there was a group of 8 then a group of 2 there before us. And she seemed like the only person working and got all orders correct and kept up the energy even with all the work and even apologized about the wait. So if yall encounter another busy day with one barista they're doing their best!

The interior decor at the store was absolutely adorable - love all the neon signs for a good insta photo haha The wildberry matcha latte was lovely, but would've liked a stronger matcha taste and slightly less sweet I was slightly disappointed by the breakfast burrito because for $9 I expected a decent sized burrito, but I was handed a pretty small roll that I would've expected to be ~$4 burrito Taste was okay but nothing special The two ladies at the store were so lovely though and was the highlight to the entire experience for sure

The most adorable matcha spot in the West Loop! It's super cute and the perfect vibe to hang out with girlfriends. They offer a big menu of specialty matchas (ideal if you have a sweet tooth!). It was a little messy during my visit--likely just a busy rush--but the aesthetic is adorable!

Ube matcha was incredibly sweet and honestly tasted like cereal. Not bad, but probably wouldn't get it again personally.

I was in the area for an appointment and stopped by here, right next to Morgan El stop. Cute decorations and hardly crowded on a Tuesday morning, such a better alternative to the corporate coffee shops surrounding it. The golden matcha latte was excellent and I got to rest my feet in peace. Great quick service

Beautiful interior and an overall nice ambiance. Great as a photo op. Ample tables to chat with a friend, study, or just get work done. I did think the matcha was a bit too faint but could be due to the milk alternative used. Matcha Cita Latte - I was recommended vanilla almond milk so that's what I went with! However I think it takes away from the matcha entirely. I couldn't taste any matcha. Not sure if it was a one-off, but I probably wouldn't recommend flavored almond milk as the vanilla was quite dominant. They don't carry soy milk, but have all the other typical options of 2%, oat, and coconut which usually pair better.

I stumbled upon this cute and cozy cafe that serves unique flavors of Matcha, teas, smoothies coffee and other goodies on the menu. I love the inside decor of this place. Great music playing and the ladies behind the counter are so sweet and friendly. I was undecided on what to order from the menu. My first time visiting and trying Matcha. The young lady behind the counter gave me a few samples of the Matcha. The taste was terrible so I just ordered a raspberry tea. I wasn't a fan of the purple haze or the pink senorita. Both had a medicine taste to it. Beautiful atmosphere space. Great Service but the drinks don't have good taste. So, I deducted off a star due for the awful taste off the drinks.

matcha lovers this is your place! there are so many fun matcha flavors it was hard to choose but I went with the purple haze. it was creamy, sweet, and you could clearly taste the ube and lavender. they also have a vegan spinach dip empanada. it was salted and fried to perfection. the spinach dip was creamy and had so much umami flavor. the decor was adorable and the staff were nice. there is a bathroom with a code for paying customers.

I saw Matcha Cita's Instagram page and got immediately excited as a matcha lover. So many different types of lattes, teas, coffees and even pastries. Located on Lake Street where there is plenty of metered parking around, I think the Fulton Market is the perfect location. The decor on the inside is SO DARN CUUUUUTE!!! From the colors on the walls and tables, the flower decor etc. Very welcoming and made me want to sit inside all day. I enjoyed a berry matcha iced latte with oat milk. SO GOOD and perfectly made. I wish I could have tried more in one setting but I will for sure be back to taste more lattes and perhaps try some of the food.

Best customer service, worst matcha lattes. Matcha quality not great, was looking for a hand crafted matcha latte. Just not for me, my bad.

Refreshing, clean, and actually satisfying. Service is just okay. It usually takes a while to get drinks since it seems like one person is handling everything, and today wasn't any different. Not terrible, just something to expect if you're in a rush. They do offer a decent selection of quick food options, and there are tables if you want to stay. Also nice that it's not limited to Equinox Gold Coast members--you can stop by even if you're just in the area. One detail I liked: the bamboo-style straw. Super sturdy--didn't bend or break even when I bit down on it, unlike the usual flimsy ones. Small touch, but it stood out.

It doesn't taste like blueberry or coconut, tastes like a subtle cashew butter. I couldn't figure out what it was, it's kind of sweet but leans more savory--it clicked that it has a similar profile to nut butters. The granola is so delicious and it's added at the bottom and top. What's the granola bc want to buy this!! The coconut whipped cream was also really good; it melted with the base and made it sweet. The bad stuff: I wish the consistency was thicker. It was smoothie in a bowl, super watery and you have to eat it like soup towards the end. Strawberry Acai Bowl (4/5): This tastes nothing like strawberry, but it's the best banana berry flavor I've ever had. Banana so easily over powders other flavors which I why I avoid it, but this was very subtle and has more berry flavors, without it being tart. I did get sick of it once I finished, but I'm just not into this flavor in general. Again, the consistency is too watery! I had to slurp this up. I also like how protein powder is automatic with the bowl, you can choose whey or vegan protein powder. With the strawberry açaí, you can go sweetened or unsweetened. Serving size is really big, but total was a little over $15, with tip. Honestly worth it.

I was blown away by how flavorful everything was! The smoothie was creamy, lightly sweet, and very refreshing. The mini muffin tasted like a firmer version of edible cookie dough and was a perfect sweet treat. The empanada was not crunchy, but it was flavorful and the vegan cashew cream was incredibly smooth.
