I know they top the sundaes with a lot of extra things, but the combination is exquisite. Service is relatively quick, and coming from someone who used to work at an ice cream place pretty typical. The ambience is fairly casual not quite a date spot but could be! You should come with more than one person because the waffle sundaes actually feed one to two people. I got the birthday cake sundae and the waffle was crispy and hot, the ice cream was creamy and cool, but I definitely could not eat one full one myself! I wouldn't go out of your way to just get this, but I would go get it if you are in the area. read more

Food is fine, overpriced ($6+ for a waffle?!?!) but it's okay. Not the best but will satisfy your sweet tooth I guess. Cookies and cream was mediocre. The main issue is how dirty the place is. They make no effort to clean tables or anything. Dingy and dirty, they should really try cleaning and brightening up the place. Bad vibes make me not want to go again. Eiffel in love with the novelty of the concept: bubble waffles colliding with ice cream and various toppings! ... but it fell short of expectations, primarily bc the bubble waffles were quite dry and chewy. This was definitely the case when eaten alone, and description still applicable (though more palatable) when combined with ice cream. The waffle cone was not as crisp and crunchy as expected or desired. It had a slight chew to it. I was pleasantly (haha) overwhelmed by the 30+ flavors to choose from in every color of the rainbow. I landed on the classic Java chip, which had wonderful coffee flavor and big chunks of chocolate. I noted the ice cream was ever so slightly gummy. You know, when you get that pull when you scoop it with your spoon that you're accustomed to seeing when you pick up a slice of pizza. Perhaps a bit too much stabilizer in the recipe. Mini 1 got her go-to cookies 'n cream, and mini 2 was sold on the blue Cookie Monster colored cosmic cookie ice cream. I taste tested both these flavors, and they were on point. The kids' build your own bubble waffle is a decent value at $6. That + a scoop in a waffle cone with 1 topping + a 5oz (very generous) scoop in a cup + 2 bottles of water left me $24 lighter. I always drive past this place in Bolingbrook and finally got around to trying it! It was pretty crowded for a Friday night but they have plenty of outdoor seating and the service was relatively quick all things considered. I split the fruity pebble waffle with my friend and the portion was plenty to share! It gave the vibe of a deconstructed ice cream cone with vanilla ice cream and toppings:) I didn't feel it was overly sweet either which was amazing. Will visit again soon! read more

Checked out Eiffel Waffle during grand opening. I had dinner at a nearby restaurant so it was perfect dessert opportunity. Found this place trending on Instagram and wanted to check it out since I love bubble waffles. Upon entering, place was different than what I had expected from seeing videos. It's got a warehouse brick wall w lighting type of vibe, but wall arts were inviting. It was definitely an ice cream shop with so many different flavors. For an indecisive person like it, it was quite overwhelm but luckily picture menus on the wall helped. I ordered: Biscuit monstre "Cookie Monster" $9: cosmic cookie ice cream topped w fudge, cookie dough, Oreos & strawberries Ice cream flavor was really good because I love cookie dough & Oreos. Strawberries was a good tart hint to sweet ice cream. Ice cream was kept at a cold temperature so it didn't melt even after I had taken photos (haha!). As far as bubble waffles, one should expect it gets soggy after being in touch w ice cream. After finishing my ice cream & top portion of bubble waffle, I threw out the bottom because it was way too sweet. Portion is really huge for one person. There were many employees, perhaps due to grand opening but I didn't necessarily feel welcomed. Many were hanging around and talking to each other. There were more employees than customers at the time I went around 7pm on Friday night. Would I go out of my way to come here? Cost: Slightly on the high side, but the portions are quite large. A build your own bubble waffle was more than enough for two adults. Service: Nothing really to report here. Eiffel Waffle is a great spot for a unique ice cream treat at a fair price point. We stopped mid-afternoon to try it out and ended up with two build-your-own kiddie waffles because the full size versions looked huge. Our kiddie sized desserts were more than enough! We each got a good sized square of bubble waffle with a very generous scoop of ice cream. Mine was salted caramel, and I added kinder bueno and whipped cream and was given generous amounts. Our waffles came in a little box, which amazingly didn't leak. Our desserts were delicious! The waffle was especially good. The kinder was among several topping options that were more special than you'd normally see. The ice cream was pretty good, not great - but the waffle is the star of the show. The size was generous for the price. They were pretty rich and filling, so this probably won't be a regular stop, but it is definitely on the short list for a special treat or a place to bring visiting friends and family. read more

So cute! They have a wide variety of flavored ice cream choices. My daughter had the cookie dough and I tried the cherry vanilla. Both good. Tip- these desserts are enormous. Go for the kids size for $6 - the kids size with a giant scoop of ice cream served in half a soft Belgium like waffle topped with whipped cream and a topping of your choice ( we went with the fresh strawberries). We ordered the Eiffel minis with chocolate ganache ice cream, strawberry & bananas; kiddie build your own waffle -cookies and cream ice cream, hot fudge, and M&Ms; and waffle Towers (3 count!) Oreo avalanche with cookie dough ice cream. Decadent for sure! The Eiffel Mimi's could have used some texture, very chocolatey. We much prefer the Asian bubble waffles that have more of hollow center. These bubble waffles are more doughy/cakey and seemed like a cinnamon essence. This place was such a vibe from the moment you walk in. The music playing was so on point and everyone in the store was singing their hearts out (including myself, guilty!) The staff was very helpful with ordering and being knowledgeable about the products. They were great with recommendations as well. While we waited for our desserts to be made, the staff was engaging and provided excellent customer service. Once our food was ready there was plenty of seating throughout. The only reason this place did not get 5 stars is because the bathrooms could really use a deep clean or remodel. I opened the door and immediately changed my mind about having to go to the bathroom. I didn't get a chance to really look at what was going on but it looks extremely dirty but it could be that it just hasn't been remodeled in a while. Regardless, I preferred to wait 30 minutes to get home than go in there. Desserts we had: Cini Minis - explosion of cinnamon which was really good but you have to be in a cinnamon mood for sure (I wasn't but my fiancé was and he said it was perfect!) The Flinstone (minis): an explosion of fruity flavors from your childhood in every bite. If nostalgia had a taste, this would be it. It comes topped with ice cream and it creates the perfect warm and cool desserts combo that I just could not put down. I could've done without the syrup because it was VERY sweet and I had a sugar rush/high afterwards. Comes with condensed milk,syrup, fruity pebbles, ice cream, and of course the mini bubble waffles/pancakey things. 10 stars / 5 stars Decently priced & such a great experience thanks to the staff. I like ice cream and I like waffles. That means Eiffel Waffle makes a lot of sense for me. With a lot of unique flavors and large serving sizes, it's also a pretty good deal. That being said, it's also pretty slow. I think it was a case of too many cooks in the kitchen because there was a lot of staff but not much was moving quickly. The Nutella Strawana was so good! The warm mini waffles with the ice cream just brought everything together. The staff was average. The venue was nice. We didn't have to wait long for our order. My only con is that they serve items as small and medium but they come in the same box. The cashier was kind enough to explain that if is based on the number of waffles you receive, not the box. Ordered food and 20 minutes later cancelled it saying "we can't fulfill". Doesn't make sense

As soon as I walked in, I waited 10 minutes for someone to even speak with me and say "I'll be with you in a moment" - the store wasn't busy. The ice cream itself was stale, chalky, and overall had a nasty aftertaste. The cone was really chewy, and I paid extra for a waffle cone. The reason for that is because the cone was on a display and had been sitting out all day ... so it was really stale. Overall would not recommend. They also dont answer phones (I tried to call and get a refund for my food being stale) read more

I ordered a fruity peebles shake. The flavor was okay, but really didn't taste like fruity pebbles. They do add fruity pebbles to the inside of the shake and the top. The best part of the shake was the little waffle piece that they put in the it, it was absolutely amazing! Initially I thought the $9 was a bit pricey, but it turned out to be more than enough shake. The service was quick, but it was a Monday and there wasn't a line. The inside had a really cool vibe. The top of the walls have paint that looks like dripping ice cream. They have a small eating area in the front and a bigger eating area in the back. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The biggest down side of the environment was the bathroom. The bathroom was really dirty and the toliet had left over body excrement. I absolutely love this place. It's my go to for a first date. This location, in particular, is my favorite. Eric and Justin are amazing. Trust me, the location makes a HUGE difference. I made the mistake of going to the one by Chicago Ridge once and I was soooooo disappointed, it was horrible. They didn't add my bananas for my banana split and they were very unsanitary. I normally get the same thing every time I go. A banana split with three scoops of ice cream(cake batter, vanilla, and this cherry vanilla favor but I'm blanking on the name) hold the whipped cream/sprinkles, chocolate, add Biscoff butter, pecans and strawberries--chefs kiss! read more

Also I ordered it in a cone so it could be handheld, but it came in a flat box. My friends said the shakes were good but very sugary. The place had potential to be really cute but we went at night and the windows out front were so dirty, it was a bit unappealing and made me question the cleanliness of the whole place. I love this place for dessert! I have minor lactose intolerance and while I love ice cream and shakes with my family, it is nice to have non dairy variety. I am a huge fan of being able to get the waffles and I am a big fan of the Mount Sprinkle Waffle Tower. It's so good warm and fresh but I recently realized, it is great reheated as leftovers as well. The staff is fast and nice and bonus, when it is cold outside, there is no line! I highly recommend checking out this place year-round, if you are too cold for ice cream, try the waffles. read more

Just simply not good. It is surely a cool concept and smells good inside and the prices are OK but the product itself is bad. Looks good, tastes bad. We ordered the crem de la crème waffle and a brownie batter milkshake. The milkshake tasted like chemicals to the point that I had to throw it away after only a couple of sips. The crem de la crème had an overpowering taste of maple syrup and not even a hint of caramel. In this neighborhood with other options, I'd recommend the other options. I'll try this place again in a few months in hopes that the quality control is better. read more

Came in here with my kids yesterday the place was beautiful inside, Very vivid and inviting. The icecream was ridiculously good!! I had the Mediterranean salted caramel pretzel and it was one of the best icecreams I have ever had, combine it with a waffle and I wouldn't mind having that for the rest of my life. Second time I came and it is still the same as the first. Overall It is delicious and satisfied my cravings. The waffle is fluffy and perfect. The ice cream is nice and creamy.
