I was sooooo happy to find this hidden spot. Location made is a little hard to find and took me some time, but now that J have finally found a frozen yogurt spot in Chicago, I am here all the time. There are so many options for fro-yo with no 2 sugar added options, several no fat options, diary free, & endless toppings to decorate. The yogurt is very good. The place was crowded with patrons. Of course, post pandemic the prices are a bit steep, so be prepared.

Service was great and they were very cleanly! We were given a few sample cups to try some flavors and everything was nice and cold. So often now adays half the machines don't have anything so it's limited choices but i think all but one was up and running with a wide variety of flavors from fruity to sweet and savory. What I really appreciate is the amazing spread of topics! All of the fruit looked fresh, there weren't random gross things from different containers mixed in and made the entire experience great. I used to like this place, but service has gone downhill in the past year or so. The person behind the counter never says hello or acknowledges customers, they don't offer sample cups unless you ask, and generally seem annoyed that you're even there. The flavors don't seem to change up as much as they used to, and I have't been paying that close attention, but I think the prices might've also gone up. As they stand right now, it's a pricey dessert. But for me the final straw has been this past summer, when they say they're open until 11:00. At least 3 times I've gone there around 10:30 to find them closed. (I know, fool me once. . . ) Last time, the employee in the store saw me standing at the door and just ignored me, went into the back, despite the hours being posted on the window that said they should still be open. If you're not getting the late night business to justify being open, it's not really my problem. Either stay open or change your hours. read more

Last night, Saturday, July 22nd, at 8:30 pm my husband and I stepped in to have some frozen yogurt. The clerk wasn't helping anyone, just standing behind the register. The floor and entire area where the yogurt was dispenses was absolutely disgusting. The dispensers had runny yogurt covering them and piles of yogurt in each serving area, not to mention the napkin on the floor and random garbage. We walked out without being acknowledged. Logan Square gets a Forever Yogurt. The door sign and huge mural as you walk in remind you that you are, indeed, in Logan Square. This shiny new location has opened and has all the yogurt goodness you need. As this is a franchise, I can't say that the yogurt here tastes any better or worse than any of the other locations. All of the flavor choices always entice me to sample but you must go to the front register to request a small sample cup. This makes sense since I'm sure people abuse "free sampling" but this can be a problem if the store gets busy and you just want a sample cup. I'm a bit of a purist and no matter how many different flavors I try, I always go back to the good ol' traditional "Euro Tart". That's my flavor. This location differs from others in that it has cereal and topping dispensers along the wall that require a twist to get your desired amount out. Not quite as exact as the scoop method but probably less crossover contamination across the table. The toppings table is shorter because of this and I'm afraid to say that the only reason for the not 5 star review is because this location has a serious lack of fresh fruit toppings. I'm all for candy and cereal toppings but I love me some FRESH fruit on my yogurt. Forever yogurt, are you listening? Hurrah for Logan Square's up and coming status. The good review is simply because the selection of frozen yogurt and fresh fruit which is always welcomed for me. The customer service is very hit and miss. One day My family and I can go in and be greeted as soon as we enter, or the employees can roll their eyes with an "oh brother we have company" look on their face. Bathrooms can be clean or in the last occasion, it looked like a nuclear bomb went off in it. What made it worse was employees sitting on the counter doing nothing to clean the bathrooms.
