Cute/coffee tea shop! There's few seating options and generally the vibe has a very "clean aesthetic" with a lot of bright sunlight coming in. The shop itself is super unassuming from the outside and close to the train. The service was quick and easy. They have so many fun options for drinks! I loved their banana matcha. The matcha didn't feel crazy strong but it still had some great flavor with the banana which came with a little banana bread piece. The raspberry cloud latte was super yummy too! The coffee was nice and strong and the foam added the right amount of sweetness.  Would love to come back and try some other flavors! read more

Unsure about the hype over this place. Ordered the banana matcha latte. Didn't taste an announce of matcha. They stored the matcha in a glass container might I add. I Just tasted some astringency at the end. I didn't see any of the vibrant green they like to advertise on their socials. Not great. Purely just tasted the banana syrup they used in excess. And I was given a piece of banana bread just put on top of my drink- weird presentation tbh. $9 for a mediocre drink. Not even a big one at that. Also ordered the jasmine grape smoothie, that was actually good! I'd reorder that if I would ever go back (I won't) Customer service was nonexistent. We weren't even greeted upon entering the place. The drinks here were delicious! I loved the mango bits in the Jasmine Mango, and you can definitely taste the floral tea. The Banana Bread Matcha was also delicious, but it is a little bit on the sweeter side. Price-wise, it felt like it was a lot for a 12oz drink (especially when half of the cup was full of ice). Service was straightforward. We ordered at the kiosk, and got our order at the counter. The café had a lot of seating, which is great if you are looking to catch up with friends at a boba spot. Really good boba on the north side finally!!! (With the caveat that I only got the tea, not the actual tapioca) We got two milk teas, the phoenix dankong and the da hong pao. The former is similar to a light ceylon and the latter tastes somewhat toasted, like a hojicha but black. Both were excellent at 50% sweet. If you want a sweet treat, I think 75% would be nice, but the tea flavor really comes through at 50%. I think this place rivals some of the better Chinatown spots. I have had my eye on this place since I walked by their soft opening, which seemed fun and had a DJ (unfortunately we were trying to find a quiet place to catch up, so I resolved to come back later to try it). I finally got to try it today and I'm pleased to report my instinct was right - this looked like a place that prioritizes yummy tea-forward milk teas (think Molly Tea vibes) and it seems to be. I got the Phoenix Dankong Milk Tea and it was delicious; I inhaled the small size very quickly and it was the yummy energy boost I was looking for. But they also have other drinks and snacks - my friend got the wildberry latte and a chicken melt. Both she and I liked it and I'm not a coffee person, but she is. I don't think I'd gravitate to wildberry on a menu but it was really yummy. She also said the chicken melt hit the spot. The menu has so much fun variety and they have a little rewards program. I'm calling Chazui the north side Molly dupe. We all know Molly Tea has been the talk of the town (city) love at first sip. But Chinatown is such a travel for us northsiders and luckily I stumbled upon Chazui which is just as good. Shocking there isn't a crazy line like Molly but I'm good keeping it lowkey before I can't get my fix. Tea was floral and tasty less milk base which is what we are raving about these days and they even also have the milk foam. I stumbled upon this place while I was in Lakeview, and I'm so glad I found it because this tasted really good! The logo/style reminds me of the Chinese Chagee which is why I was interested in trying. The tea flavor is decently strong and the additional flavors (ex peach) didn't overwhelm the drink or taste super artificial. read more

What a great find! This place blew up on tiktok and had to try. This is not your typical cafe, it was really quiet and minimalistic. They do not have a lot of tables. Maybe 4 max, but a lot of them were taken by people studying / working. I got the strawberry matcha with oat milk which was a fun twist and added great flavor overall. I also thought it was pretty unique considering not a lot of places have these added flavors. "I thought the drink was relatively small compared to other milk tea spots since I ended up getting a second one. I also tried the jasmine lemon tea, which was taller and felt like a better value, though it's not as unique as some of the other options on their menu. Would come back again! Super cute minimalist cafe with nice tea drinks and pastries (coming from Sweet Moon!). I had the white peach oolong milk tea with minimal sugar level and almond milk! This is a cute little spot new Wrigley and their drinks were really good. The staff were so welcoming and nice and there are a few tables inside which are great for catching up with friends. It's a pretty small space so I wouldn't recommend WFH here. I'm on a strawberry matcha kick right now so I had to try theirs and I thought it was good! Finally! A tea place opened in Lakeview where it tastes authentic. 10/10 for Chazui!! A lot of the drinks were sold out but we tried the da hong pao milk tea and phoenix dankong milk tea. I liked the da hong more (black tea) and the phoenix is oolong! Definitely get 70% sugar for the perfect balance. Can't wait to try the other teas!! read more

It was okay, the tea wasn't bad but it was very light in flavor. The staff was friendly and double checked to make sure the order was correct. Not a lot of seating inside, but a few tables and open outlets. I tried the Boya Milk Foam Tea and it was very light. It is nothing like boba, so don't expect sweet but instead floral. read more

Super cute and affordable tea spot in Lakeview! I got the peach oolong tea and the peach flavor was delicious and fragrant for the first few sips but wish I got less sugar because 70% was too much for me. I feel like the tea flavor faded out as I drank. I tried my friends lemon tea with 0% sugar and it definitely needed sugar haha. Service was great though, the staff were all super knowledgeable and attentive. I'd probably come back and try another drink with less sugar. read more
