I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Pure Green! The staff is so helpful and fun + each smoothie is fireeee. Also the charcoal juice is so good and refreshing
Nice and clean interior, with two egg/nest seats (the ones that hang from the ceiling, not sure how to describe). My smoothie was good and well blended (didn't feel too watery or clunky). It was perfect. I can't believe I paid over 10.00 for a 16 oz. smoothie (PURE BERRY), but at least it had the perfect consistency, not too sweet, and higher quality ingredients (I think). I enjoyed my smoothie and not sure what kind of health benefits there really is from this drink (they say there was whey protein in it but there's only like 11g). At least they don't add more sugar in! If I really wanna over pay for a smoothie, I'll consider Pure Green again.
It was my first time at Pure Green and the male employee was attentive and assisted me with my online order. Today I opted for the Cauli-Power smoothie with cashew butter instead of almond. I was a bit hesitant paying $15.08 for one smoothie, the size wasn't even large at all it's equivalent to a small sized cup. I think it's extremely and ridiculously pricey just like everything in Lincoln Park, but it tasted good. I just wish for $15.08 I'd actually get a large sized cup lol. Was my cauli-power smoothie worth $15.08? Absolutely not! There was nothing significant about the smoothie other than the fact it had cauliflower in it. I'll just make it at home or stick to the smoothie spots I frequently go to in Edgewater. I can get three smoothies for $15.08 around my area. One smoothie that isn't even large shouldn't cost this much. I think these prices will surely turn customers off.
Pure green in Lincoln Park is in such a perfect location, the space was clean and the workers were very friendly. I love pure greens smoothies and açaí bowls. They also have lots of fresh fruit!
The staff was super nice! I got a smoothie with dragon fruit and it wasn't my favorite . However the açaí bowl was very good! The place is a bit small but it has a few seats which was great! Overall a good experience!
i spent $11 dollars on an unblended smoothie. there were chunks of mango and bits of spinach. the place looked nice though and i appreciate the transparency and simplicity of the ingredients. gonna try a different menu item next time... maybe the oatmeal. it's hard to fuck up oatmeal
Service and quality of food is sub-par while being extremely overpriced for what you get. Staff was extremely unapproachable. I also added. Strawberries for an upcharge of $1 and got home to see that they had not given me strawberries. Very frustrated.
I was pleasantly surprised to walk into this gem. They have a short menu and all natural ingredients. The vibe is amazing and very clean finish to the design. I ordered the banana nut smoothie. It had a smooth and velvety texture with banana, cashew butter, dates, cocoa, almond milk and plant protein. It was a tasty drink. It was fresh and nutritious at the same time. They also have juice cleanses and various food options as well. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new juice bar out.
In theory I love this menu . Love the options for açaí and oatmeal bowls and smoothies. Unfortunately the execution is just fair especially given the price you pay. My açaí bowl today was OK- I'v have better. What was disappointing is the banana on top was mushy and bordering on rotten- the fruit should have been fresher. Debating if I'll ever return- I can tell you I wouldn't order an açaí bowl here again- juice RX , protein bar , and even left coast has much better açaí bowls. may come back o try the pure green smoothie at some point .
I go to the Fulton Market location in Chicago. Sometimes the bowl is full and other times it is not . The açaí bowl with hemp appears to be premade . Guess sometimes the blender does t have enough to fill it. With it being so pricey , one world expect a fuller product. kinda disappointed. I have added pictures.
There are a number of locations of Pure Green that have sprung up across Chicago over the last few years. I have been to at the location in Fulton Market a few times, but I visited the location in Lincoln Park for the first time a few days ago. To be clear, this review is only for the location in Lincoln Park. First, I enjoyed the smoothies and the acai bowls. I ordered the coconut chia acai bowl, the tropical breeze smoothie, the Pure Green Smoothie and the rockin beat cold pressed juice. I loved the acai bowl and think that it was good alternative to ones with strawberries that I usually order. The cold press juice was good, but, I'll be honest, it's an acquired taste. I happen to like beats and I don't mind the strong ginger taste. However, if this is not your jam, I would not order. I also liked the smoothies. Of particular note, I typically don't like green juice or green smoothies, but I enjoyed the pure green smoothie. It doesn't have that horrible grass like flavor that a lot of green smoothies have. Second, the ambience was super cool. The smoothie bar was well lit and clean. Plus they had plugs (including USB ports) at each of the tables for your phone. I also recommend taking a swing on their cage chairs, I might have looked a silly, but it was super fun. Third, the service was fast and friendly. My smoothies and açaí bowl came out super fast and the staff were very nice. In sum, this is a must visit spot.

Had a delicious bunch of smoothies and açaí bowls from Pure Green Lincoln Park recently! The interior is so so cute, and I really loved the hanging swings! The fresh juices looked so bright and vibrant, but my favorite part was the smoothie & bowl options! We tried the: -Pink Dragon Smoothie -Mocha Cold Brew Smoothie -Collagen Berry Bowl -Chocolate Hazelnut Bowl The staff working were super nice and helpful, and the entire experience was awesome. I would definitely go again! read more

I love pure green!! I'm not a huge fan of the granola though, so my go to order is the mixed berry açaí bowl where I replace the granola with banana. Such a great bowl!! Quick service and such a nice ambiance inside!! Would definitely recommend! read more

Love this place! My favorite drinks so far is the Chocolate Mousse (raw cacao, avocado, banana, whey protein, coconut butter and almond milk) and also the Pink Dragon (dragonfruit, pineapple, mango, coconut butter and coconut water.) One is like a semi sweet chocolate dessert and the other is really refreshing! read more

Pure Green has spots popping up all over Chicago! It's a perfect spot to get healthy but delicious food pre or post workout! I'm a fan of the smoothies and juices. It's something you FEEL good about eating. Each location is a bit different but they all have such a warm atmosphere great place to chat with friends or get some work done! read more
Before spring hits I like to do a juice cleanse. I did a 3 day juice cleanse (added some juice shots as well) and I was happy with the results. The juices had great flavor (even the green one). The cleanse actually left me feeling full and rejuvenated. It's something about doing these cleanses that help me sleep through the night which I love as well. I plan on going back and trying out the snacks next :) read more

Decent choice for smoothies and juices, and open pretty late right across the street from my gym. My only complaint is that the smoothie wasn't fully blended, so I got a few chunks of cauliflower at the bottom. Otherwise, I appreciate the choices, which seem high in protein and packed with healthy ingredients. They were playing some bops when I came in - was about to scream my order but they thankfully turned it down while I was ordering. So pretty good vibes and good smoothies overall. read more

These smoothies feel like I'm having a treat. I've been in here a few times and tried different smoothies based on super helpful staff recommendations. So far, the Pure Green & Soul Kick have been my favorite. It's pricey, but I can't name a good smoothie place that isn't. I have yet to try their acai bowls, but they seem super popular every time I've been in. The staff is pleasant and helpful. read more

I go to this Pure Green weekly for an Acai Bowl. 50% of the time, the fruit that they use isn't fresh. I feel like for a $13 bowl I should get fresh fruit? This time, the apple topping on my bowl was soggy and completely brown. It tasted exactly like it looks so I had to pick it out from the bowl. Please throw out the fruit if it's not fresh! read more
