Unfortunately, we also witnessed a manager speaking very harshly to an employee and raising their voice in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and awkward for everyone who was there, including both the staff and the guests. We understand that problems can happen, but situations like this should be handled privately and with respect. We hope that next time we visit, we won't have to witness something like this again. I literally chugged it. The matcha was smooth, and I could still taste the matcha flavor. The staff is really lovely and knowledgeable about their drinks. Service is quite quick and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my drink! The only downside is that there is not a lot of great seating areas. They have one counter height area with a few chairs that you could sit at, but not really a "sit down with a friend for coffee" type of place. For me, it's definitely more a grab-and-go!
