We initially got started with them for a total clear out and clean up of our existing landscape and ended up sticking with them for weekly maintenance services and little projects here and there and have never looked back! Anytime there are issues, they are on it!! Today was another example - I asked Steve if he would just check up on my back sprinklers bc I noticed they didn't run Monday and when he did, he found a HUGE leak in one of our main irrigation pipes! Our house is kind of old and starting to need a lot of repairs so I wasn't completely surprised but the leak was pretty big. We had to turn off all the water to the house and wait for them to get one of their irrigation and plumbing experts over. Richard showed up almost immediately and had us all cleaned up and back in business in no time!! He even hung around to make sure all the leaking stopped etc. I was blown away - I figured I'd need to call a plumber and go through all that nightmare but no!! I was working on a gardening project and really needed some specific white medium sized rocks. I had already checked out Home Depot and Lowe's but their prices were way too high for what I wanted. The people working there were so nice and helpful. They did not try to upsell me or make me spend more money than I had. In fact they did the opposite and helped me find something that was very economical for my budget. The place is impressive because they have a huge yard filled with all kinds of different rocks. They have everything from volcanic rocks to ones that look like they belong in Red Rock. They also have huge piles where you can haul rocks away in a truck for larger projects. I could not believe that they even sell giant boulders there. This is definitely my new favorite place for any rock or gardening projects. I highly recommend checking them out if you want better prices and a huge selection!

We asked when and if it would be back in stock and was advised by an employee to leave our name and number and no one got back to us which was very disappointing for a well established business. I am hoping the employee will get back to us and I can change my experience rating. I really need their help with my project. David was the employee that originally helped us and was very helpful explaining the materials and process but when we returned to the front office after looking at what they had to offer and deciding on the material, a different employee advised us that if we left our name and phone number someone would get back to us the same day, which we did. We were never told the product we chose was on back order, so we had no idea and therefore were waiting for the call. That is why we waited for the call instead of calling the business to make the same inquire. If we would have either gotten a call or told while we were there that the product was on back order that would have been great, and we could have looked for another option. I completely understand that if it's on back order it's not available and it's out of your control. I just wish that we were advised it was not available as we were very excited about laying down the material we had chosen. I apologize for the previous one star rating but you must understand our frustration as we thought we were just being ignored.
