this was my first lash lift ever. i got a lash lift and tint. i think overall they look good! i don't like that two of the lashes are not in a nice position (bent and kind of stuck to my eye lid) but it's ok. the appointments are so tightly scheduled that it seems like the technician was rushing a little even though i was early for my appointment which is maybe why those lashes don't look as good. they also don't review any kind of after care with you, only via text message and you have to ask afterwards (they do suggest you use a keratin treatment after, so i really suggest following up or else you'll miss out!) which i didn't like very much as i feel like everything should be covered at the appointment read more

I found Chito's business card on a whim at a local store in Williamsburg and it was perfect timing because I had been looking for a more local lash studio. I emailed her before her grand opening to set up an appointment and she was super responsive and flexible to make an appointment with. Her studio is simple and clean and her lashes are great quality and less damaging than other studios I've been to. I've returned to her a few times now and am so happy I found her card when I did! Chito is always super sweet and really puts a lot of time and detail into her work. This was my first experience getting my lashes done, and it was great! I'll be going back for regular fill ins. Chito was very sweet and very knowledgeable about her stuff. The experience was very personal and she takes great care and is very delicate with the installation of your lashes. Her work is VERY natural and very seamless, my friends all thought somehow my real lashes grew overnight. Her room is very chic and very clean and she lets u sleep while she installs the lashes. I got the full sable set and it took about an hour and a half to get it fully installed. It's been three days since I've been there and I haven't had a single lash fall out yet (I was looking and brushing daily just to make sure).
