The placement of the embroidery had to be carefully sewn onto the clothing, using an identical color of sewing thread. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Leo at the front counter. After seeing the clothing, Leo took the time to position the embroidery on the clothing. He told me the clothing would be ready for pick-up the following day. When I picked-up the clothing a day later, I noticed the embroidery needed some very minor adjustments. So Leo asked me to wait at the shop for a few minutes so he could complete the proper adjustments to the embroidery. Once again, service was very fast and all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. Great customer service! Everything looked fantastic! Thank you to Leo! LOCATION. No matter the project, Nam has always matched his skills to the project for complete customer satisfaction. When the hem on my cropped turtlenecks was not exactly what I wanted, Nam re-hemmed them no problem. When I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to finish the shearling jacket, Nam painstakingly removed and readjusted the hem on the jacket to give it an elegant look.
