And then there's the HOA who wants to make sure all violations are corrected before the new home owner moves in. I get it. But my timeline is TIGHT! Miguel says they are BUSY! Still, he was able to accommodate my small projects & repairs to meet my closing timeline. I 'refreshed' my master bathroom, but didn't do such a great job. So, David smoothed out the walls, plugged the holes from the old mirrors, and repainted. CHECK! My mailbox had the gangster lean so he put in a new one. The winds have not been kind to my shutters so he secured them all. AND, the fascia around the garage was rotting so PVC was used for replacements. ALL with time to spare! Thanks again! Their ability to show us a digital representation of what the finished project would look like was next level. This really put our minds at ease and sold us on the project and sold us on FirmStone as a company. Maritza's and Ronald's communication was ALWAYS responsive, insightful, and helped us make decisions during the project. Their masonry crew led by Elmer did a fabulous job. We couldn't be more happy with the masonry work Elmer and his crew performed. I think though the thing I love most about this company is they genuinely care about doing a great job. It was self-evident during all phases of the project. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this. The quality of the finished project reflects all of this. My wife and I can't stop looking at our new stone front porch. It looks AMAZING. We 100% recommend FirmStone and would absolutely use them again for any future stone work projects. Cheers!

The rebuild fixed the problems thoroughly and elegantly. The estimator Darryl showed that he understood the problem and the project goals at our first meeting. My project was complicated because my 1980s drywall shafts were the wrong size for modern solar blinds. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. It is not a simple fix but an upgrade, for free. See the attached before/after pictures and the broken plastic. Like most customers, I contacted a few contractors before selecting Winfield Builders. Their price is VERY reasonable, and the communication through Yelp was professional and transparent. It is rare to find a contractor who cares this much about the details. If you want a crew that is honest, skilled, and delivers a beautiful finish, call Zach. 1000% recommendation!

Experts Remodel were not the cheapest option, but they were the best. Eli E. came to our house and walked us through exactly what needed to be done - which corresponded with what we thought we needed to do. He also gave us some good advice: we wanted the. to do a slightly larger piece of work, and he said that it would be a waste since we'd have to rip it all out when we do an even larger renovation we have planned. I appreciate that very much - it's the sort of honesty that gets you repeat business. As for the work itself, it couldn't have been easier. The crew from Experts Remodel were polite, friendly, efficient and clean. The house was spotless when they left. The shower itself looks stunning (see the before and after photos).
