We really enjoyed working with Master Solutions and I would 100% recommend them for work. We had an aging front porch with a structurally questionable foundation. I had multiple contractors come out to give us quotes. Most wanted to tear down and rebuild the porch completely (to the tune of $30k+). Others didn't even get back to us (summer 2020 was a busy time for contractors). Eder and the team at Master Solutions put together a proposal that included shoring up the foundation of the porch, giving it a facelift with new railing and flagstone floor, all new walkways in the front, and a new concrete driveway. They also installed a rain catchment system that diverts water from our gutters to a dry well in the backyard, so we don't have massive puddles in our yard anymore! We were able to do so much more with Master Solutions for about the same price that other contractors quoted for just a new porch. We're so happy with our new driveway, walkway, and porch! They did a great job and worked with us to make the final project even better with small suggestions along the way. Eder (the owner) was involved from start to finish and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Great company, great crew! read more

CMS did a big project for me, replacing all of my concrete walks and steps, moving the gutter spouts away from the house, and doing a large patio with pavers. They worked so hard, did a beautiful job and even did a few extra things like fixing a loose gate and shoring up my fence. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

We hired CMS to put in a driveway at our home this past October. Eder, the Project Manager, was helpful, readily available and professional. The two men working (Robson and Elias) did a fantastic job and even worked with us midway through the project to rework the original plan to make the driveway layout make the most sense. We were updated during the entire project regarding start date, changes, when the workers would be arriving, the process, etc. Our project also included removing and reworking an existing fence and they did a fantastic job saving the existing materials and reinstalling the fence. Overall it was a quick and painless process that resulted in a driveway that looks perfect - thank you CMS! And a shout out to Priscila in the office for always being prompt in responding to emails/phone calls and generally a pleasure to work with. read more

They did a great job. They worked tirelessly, under heavy rain to get the work completed. Even the company owner Eder was working under the rain. They did tons of extra little stuff here and there. I was expecting an additional invoice but they didn't want to charge me. They also worked on my investment property in 2012 and no issues at all. Everything still looks great. They are not fast food. They are busy so like we have to reserve for high end restaurant and wait for the meal to be customized for you. Great stuff. Buyer Be Ware: Concrete Master Solutions installed a new driveway in our home. While the team of workers was hard working and pleasant, Eder, the owner, was arrogant and extremely unpleasant to deal with. The concrete was poured in the Fall and leaves got embedded in the freshly poured concrete. Eder assured us that he could remedy the problem but the so-called solution he came up with only made matters worse. Up to this day, the leaves have left unsightly marks in our driveway and it certainly does not looks like an $11,300 job. On a personal level, we found Eder to be unreliable, unprofessional and extremely rude. Moreover, he tries to cut corners and he totally lacks business ethics and he is not a man of his word. Anyone who intends on doing business with Concrete Master Solutions should be on their guard and get every detail of the job in writing ahead of time. Do not take his word for anything because he will not stand by what he promised. read more

My husband and I decided to get a concrete walkway, a new step, resurface the stoop, and install a patio out back. We explored many companies. After reviewing several estimates, we decided to do business with Concrete Master Solutions. This has proven to be an excellent choice. Working with Eder and Max was great. Because, they were both extremely professional and informative. Compared to other estimates, the price was certainly within reason. The installers were also proficient. Without a doubt, they were unquestionably experts. For three days, they worked long hours with meticulousness precision. Then, the lawn was seeded, covered with straw, and new grass quickly. Most important, the concrete work Looks Beautiful. With Concrete Master Solutions, we were able to experience a rare sighting...... a construction project that was absolutely hassle free. Would NOT recommend this company. Workers were scheduled to be at my house on Wednesday at 7:00 AM. Did not show up until Thursday at 2:00 PM. No phone call from the company; had to call them. Have waited patiently for five weeks for the owner to return but unreachable. Lots of excuses from his office -- too busy, not scheduling this week, two children ... With all of the concrete companies around the area, keep looking. Not worth it. read more

Excellent work installing a new driveway, front walk, and refinishing two stoops. Eder was very responsive in meeting with us for an estimate, and was able to come by early before both my neighbor and I left for work. His price was very competitive with other contractors we talked to, but he was the only one that would handle the permit for us. He knows the county inspector assigned to my neighborhood, so coordinating the permit application was a breeze. Concrete Master Solutions handles all paperwork with the County, which saved us a lot of time. The workers who actually installed the driveway came early and usually finished work and packed up before dark. While the permit office processed the paperwork for the driveway apron, they worked on the walkway and non-apron portion of the driveway. They also installed new drainage pipes from the downspout to the street along the driveway. The job was done in about 3 weeks and approved by the inspector. The lawn was reseeded and covered with straw. I am very happy having done business with Concrete Master Solutions and will definitely use them again if we need anything. read more

We just had CMS pour an extension to our driveway and install a basketball hoop and the CMS team was fantastic. The craftsmanship is perfect - multiple people have commented who are in the building business in my neighborhood. The team, from Eder, to Priscilla in the office to the team that came out multiple times (the basketball hoop is a multistage process) were absolutely lovely. Communication was great by email and phone. Honestly, this company reminds me of old school companies with the old school values of being able to call an actual person who knew my name, reliability and responsible service with excellent product yet has everything of the modern era - email, easy online paying, quick service, etc. I have already referred a few neighbors. read more
