They try to deceive you into thinking you're singing up paperwork for services. As an extra step to ensure the customer is ok with that extra test being paid for out of pocket or have it separate from the intake paperwork. They know exactly what they're doing. Front desk lady talking about Nikki has been with them for 15 years. Ok and? Nikki caused your office to lose 6 customers in one visit and will never recommend this place to any family or friends. I went to see Dr. Dina Miller for a regular eye exam. However; I had been dealing with bouts of…read moredouble vision since 2015. Sometimes the double vision would last a week, sometimes a month or more. I had been to five different types of doctors to figure out why this was happening. One recommended a MRI which came back fine. The others offered no relief. I finally had resorted to just living with the double vision, which was miserable! When I saw Dr. Miller I told her about this ongoing issue, knowing she would probably not be able to help me. She took the time to listen to my entire double vision journey! About all the doctors I had seen and how they had all come up empty on a solution. The day I saw her, I was not experiencing double vision. She said if it came back to call her office and come see her. Sadly, the double vision returned about a month after my initial appointment with her. I was able to quickly get in to see her. I am so happy to say that after dealing with double vision on and off for EIGHT years, Dr. Miller finally offered me a solution with prism lenses. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Miller! I'm forever grateful to her for taking the extra time to help me!!! Go see her. You won't regret it. Take care of your eyes!

I received different answers from staff, which left me feeling confused and ultimately dissatisfied with my experience. I was specifically told that I would receive both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription, but I did not receive my contact lens prescription as expected. I also did not feel that my exam was as thorough as I anticipated. There were very few detailed questions about my eye history, previous eye concerns, or other relevant information. What made me particularly uncomfortable was being asked several times about my career and what I do for work, while I felt that more time could have been spent gathering information about my eyes and medical/eye history. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns were not fully addressed and that the service did not meet the expectations that had been communicated to me beforehand. I hope the office can improve communication among staff and ensure patients receive clear, consistent information about what their exam includes and what prescriptions they will receive.
